3rd POV
A few months have passed since Gyutaro got his quirk and declared that heroes were nothing but the real villains. During those months, he has come to understand his new power more. He figured out that his blood secretes a deadly poison that can kill someone in minutes (he tested it out on the various heroes he'd encounter during the night). He also figured out that he could control his blood and turn it into deadly projectiles that are strong enough to cut through people like a hot knife through butter.
Gyutaro has also become very infamous in the underground, with people nicknaming him the Demon of Death. He was glad people are recognizing him now, that they were fearing him. He's killed quite a number of scumbags, ranging from mob bosses to heroes who were in the top 50. He's loved every second of this, finally being able to get his frustration out on the world for how he was treated before.

In another place, Tomura Shigaraki was currently playing one of his many games that his Sensei gifted him. This one was a hack and slash kind of game, but also had some strategic elements in the gameplay as well. As he was playing, his caretaker/butler Kurogiri appeared, "Tomura," he said, "Master wishes to speak to you." Shigaraki sighed and got up from his couch and went over to the bar. The TV that hung above turned on, though it only showed 'sound only' on the screen. "Tomura," a deep voice came out, "have you been enjoying your newest game I got you? I hope it's been teaching you well."
"Yes Sensei, I have been enjoying it very much," Shigaraki responded. "That's very good Tomura," the man known as Sensei told him, "now, there is someone I would like you to recruit for our ranks." Intrigued, Shigaraki questioned who it was. "He goes by the Demon of Death, he's recently come up in the underground, and he's been known to kill villains and heroes alike, with some of them being in the top 50. He would be of great help in our plans to end hero society." Sensei explained.
"This guy sounds pretty impressive huh? As long as he doesn't piss me off, then I'll have Kurogiri look for him." Shigaraki told his Sensei. "He should be somewhere near Musutafu, perhaps try there," Sensei informed him. Shigaraki nodded and started to walk away to continue his game. "Oh and Tomura," Sensei said as the boy stopped and turned back to face the TV, "Never forget that first impressions are important. I would truly appreciate it if he was recruited, I am very...interested, in what kind of quirk he possesses." And with that, the monitor turned off, leaving only Kurogiri and Shigaraki.
"Kurogiri," Shigaraki commanded, "you heard what Sensei said, start looking around Musutafu, and report back to me when you find him." "Of course Tomura Shigaraki," he responded as he bowed and then warped away. With that over, Tomura returned to his room and continued his game, but couldn't get the conversation he just had out of his head. 'Why is Sensei so interested in this new guy. He never even told me what kind of quirk he has. Does Sensei even know what kind of quirk he has?' he thought as he continued slaughtering enemies. Tomura eventually shrugged it off and figured he could be a good edition to his party. After all, if even his Sensei recommended him, he must be powerful.

Gyutaro has just killed yet another hero. This one was buying drugs off a dealer, so it resulted in both of them dying, slowly and painfully. He's gotten a lot stronger since the first time he's killed, and was able to figure out that he gets stronger each time he kills someone. He scoffed when the hero was begging for his life, angry that someone who lived a life as great as him would stoop so low as to beg.
Another hero he killed had a missing poster of himself, with the hero most likely looking for him. He recognized the number, as it belonged to his Aunt Mitsuki, who was Bakugo's mom. Mistsuki and his mom were best friends, but didn't hang out as much as they use to, with his mother becoming more busy with all of her jobs. When he saw her though, she was always kind to him, and always made Katsuki behave. He smiled a bit when he saw the poster, thankful that at least someone still thought of him.
But he frowned once again, at the reminder of his past life. Of how back then, he was a weak, worthless Deku. He crumpled the paper, and threw it to the side, walking away from it and looking for more heroes or villains to kill. Just then, a portal opened up in front of him, and a man covered in purple mist and dressed in a tuxedo appeared. Gyutaro quickly summoned his sickles and growled out, "Who are you?"
"Where are my manners," the mystery person responded, "my name is Kurogiri, and I come on behalf of the League of Villains, and I presume you are the person known as the Demon of Death?" "So what if I am," Gyutaro growled again "what do you want from me?" "Oh yes, my Master requests your presence at our hideout, he wishes for you to join our ranks," he responds curtly. Gyutaro thinks for a moment, before he asks, "Before I even consider it, answer me this. What's your goal? Or is it just mindless destruction like all the rest?" Kurogiri pauses for a second, before answering, "Our goal is to bring down hero society as we know it. This world is corrupted by heroes who merely seek out fame and fortune, and a majority of them don't even save people if there aren't many cameras around."
Gyutaro was surprised by the answer, thinking that every villain he'd met and killed only desired destruction. "Alright, I'll hear your boss out, you people seem to actually have a competent goal, unlike other villains I've faced," he sighed as he got rid of his sickles. "Wonderful," Kurogiri says. He opens up a warp gate, and gestures Gyutaro to go through. When he arrives on the other side, he looks around and sees that he arrived in a bar, and he also sees a boy who looks a few years older than him, wearing all black and has blue hair. The weirdest thing about him is that he's wearing a detached hand on his face, but who was he to judge, he's been called every insult in the book by the time he was ten.
The two boys glare at each other for a moment, before Kurogiri appears beside the blue haired boy. "Tomura, he agreed to come, as promised," the misty butler states. Still glaring at the demon, he says, "He's a lot uglier than I thought he'd be." At that comment, the seaweed haired boy's glare hardened, "You're one to talk crusty! When's the last time you put lotion on? By the looks of it, never," he snarked. Tomura's hand, which was around a glass that he was drinking out of, tightened and the glass crumbled to nothing but dust. Gyutaro raised an eyebrow at that, skeptical on what kind of quirk the person sitting in front of him has.
The older boy stands up abruptly and starts walking over to the younger one, "Tomura," Kurogiri warns, although is ignored. He then stands a few feet away from him, both still glaring at each other, "Tell me," the blue haired boy begins, "what makes a high level NPC like you so special, that even my Sensei takes interest in you. Your stats might be high enough to kill heroes who are in the top 50, but the highest you've killed was only number 40. What's your backstory?" Gyutaro stared at him for a minute, before answering, "Sorry, but our trust level isn't high enough for you to have my backstory," the demon smirks, before glaring once again, "the only reason I agreed to come is because the mist man over there told me of your goals. Well, it just so happens that mine overlaps with yours. I hate people who have had a better life then me, that they don't do anything about the people below them. I have a particular bone to pick with a certain number one hero as well."
Shigaraki slowly takes off the hand, revealing his whole face, which he was wearing a crazed smile, "So you hate All Might as well? It seems I may have misjudged you. And I agree, we both have a bone to pick with not only All Might, but this society as well. You've just peaked my interest. How about this then. Join me, and together we can wipe out the hell we call society, and make a new one, where monsters like us are treated rightfully, where these 'heroes' are no more, and the poor shall rule over the rich!" he exclaimed before breaking out into mad cackling. Gyutaro slowly began to join in with him, his mouth twisting into a sickening smile as he also started to laugh.
When they eventually calmed down, Shigaraki grinned and gestured, "Come along Player 2, let me show you what we've been working on for defeating All Might." Gyutaro grinned right back, "Lead the way, Player 1," he responded as they both began walking with each other, cackling once again.

Alright. Well I think I have an idea of when I'm gonna update. It will be on Friday-Sunday, since I started work last week and I work Monday-Thursday. Anyway, hope you all liked the chapter, I know a couple of comments were excited about this one coming out. As always, comments are always appreciated, and critiquing me is a great way of improving my writing. Have a good one.
