Chapter 6 | The Spark.

The day before the meeting, there was a surprise waiting for the Lan family outside their house when they were about to leave. Wei Changze sent a black car with darkened windows, along with a driver. This is how the old phoenix wanted to ensure that the Lan dragon family could arrive safely and without any problems at his castle.

Qiren explained the unusual situation to Lan Zhan and Xichen only by saying that his phoenix friend had just done him a small favor. Lan Qiren's words were also confirmed by the driver of the car; Xue Yang, having heard Qiren talking about this very thing to the two younger dragons in front of him.

So Qiren could easily find out who was already in the castle and who was not yet: 

There was a big Range Rover, which with its light gold and white colouring told that it belonged to the Jin family. Then next to that was the werewolves' - a Ford Mustang. Even the Jiang's car, a dark purple BMW (M8 Gran Coupe) was not missing. Separate from these, a VW Arteon shone in a bright burgundy colour, and then a little further away, two black but different types of Audi stood side by side. At those 3 cars, Qiren had a slight suspicion that they might have belonged to the phoenixes. But the owners of all the other cars still parked in the spacious courtyard remained a mystery to Qiren.
