[Mc's POV - Tubbo]

Preparing myself on going to school was nothing out of the ordinary for me. Wake up at 5am, and do the other necessities for an hour. Get out of the house in exactly 6:00am or so.

And walk my way to school, arriving somewhere from 6:20-6:30. Just enough time to settle in school, and prepare my books for my classes. But what I didn't expect was some company.

As I stepped out of my front door, locking it from behind, I saw a figure leaning over my mailbox ever so slightly, with his back facing me. I didn't tell anyone my address, right?

As I approached the said figure, he then turned around and I began to relax, as it was non other than George. "Good morning", "How did you know where I live?" "I have ways, Tubbo dear".

He said in a monotoned voice, I just rolled my eyes, not questioning any further. "You didn't say good morning back, how rude bee prince", he said with a pout as we walked our way to school.

"Good morning, and quit calling me that" "It's what everybody calls you though", he said unbothered. "But why would they call me that?" "Oh my, you reallh don't know?", he chuckled after saying.

He then began explaining why people call me that. It was apparently cause I look like a cute bee whenever I go to the garden, and that I was the prince of the school cause of my grades.

And he also mentioned my facial features that makes me look adorable in a way, but I didn't pay attention to that as it was pure bullshit. People lie about my looks, I'm just simply ugly.

After a few more of talking, well mostly George, we finally arrive to school. As we entered school grounds, people were for some reason bowing and making way for me to pass by.

"Were people always like this when I pass by?", I curiously asked George whom for some odd reason looking proud. "Oh my, you seriously haven't noticed?", I just shook my head.

"You really don't pay much attention to stuff don't ya, no wonder youre alone", that triggered inside me a little bit, as I gave him a good smack at the back, earning an whine of pain from him.

We entered the school building, and George waved me goodbye as we were in different classes. I waved back to him and went to my locker. And there I noticed something sticking into it.

I take a look at it and scanned it, trying to read whatever it said. I glanced at people who were walking pass me wondering if someone accidentally left it here, or if this was a prank of some sort.

Since the note read; 'Hey, this is Ranboo, the new kid. I just wanted to say sorry for the uncomfyness that I made you feel, but my response was honest. I just wanted to know if you wanna get milkshakes with me?'

I paused, remembering the name and blushing cause of it. 'If you want too, that is, not forcing. Just wanted to make up for what I did earlier to you:)'. Of course I would accept the fuck.

I fanboyed to myself, internally, as the guy I'm hoping to like is literally asking me to have milkshake with him. And it me, "Is this a date?", I muttered out loud, earning a few stares from people near me.

I'm currently in the school garden, as per usual. And it was currently lunch time. I was basically in a daze the entire classes, as all I could think about is Ranboo's milkshake offer.

This isn't a date Toby, get that together. He's probably straight, and just wanted to make up for the awkwardness around us. Yeah, he just wants to be friends with me, that's all.

God, why am I even making a fuss about this stuff? He doesn't even like me that way, let alone liking men. Or wait, he could be pansexual like me, no- he doesn't know my personality that well to like me.

Or wait- he could be, what do you call that, bisexual. Yeah, he could be that, liking men and women, that could be fine. But what if he's actually straight and I'm just assuring thing-

*tap*, I flinched and almost fell over from the sudden touch. I looked up to see no other than Ranboo himself, still wearing the cover up I see. "Hey, you alright?"

He casually asked as he sat down beside me. "Y-yeah, I'm fine, don't worry". Why in the fuck did I stutter for. "Oh, it's just that your knuckles were turning white from gripping your pants to hard".

I looked down to my hands, and it was still gripping my pants, turning almost completely white. I immediately loosen my grip, and chuckled awkwardly "Ah yeah, just thinking about some stuff".

"Alright, but don't think too hard", I just simply nodded, and we both were engolfed by silence, casually glancing at each other for the meantime. "So when do you wanna meet up?", Ranboo started.

"Huh?" "You know, for the milkshake... Hang out". Ah so it's just a hang out, overthinking for nothing I see. "Whenever you're free", I said, a hint of disappointment in my voice.

"I'm free this Saturday, how bout you?" "Yeah, I'm free that time" "I hope I'm not wasting your time though" "Ah no, you aren't, it's fine", he just nodded to that and we both sat in silence again.

"Have you eaten lunch yet?", he muttered out softly, "No, I don't eat lunch nowadays" "Why is that?". I could hear the worry in his voice, but maybe it was just be being delusional again.

"I just... Don't feel like eating anymore, nothing too serious", I casually said, still staring at the bees and flowers in front of me. "That sounds serious though..." "It's nothing, don't worry about it".

He just nods and then proceeded to stand up and stretch his arms, "So Saturday, at the milkshake stand near the school right?", he says whilst looking down at me slightly.

"Yeah", I smiled slightly as I responded, "Alright, see you for our date" "Huh?". It felt like time stopped as we both just froze in place, not daring to move a single inch.

"Did you just say date?", I repeated, genuinely curious and happy at the same time. I clearly heard him, but seeing him froze made me wanna tease him a bit more. "Ranboo?".

"Uh- y-yeah?". Aww he stuttered, how cute. "Did you just call our hang out a date?", and with he simply nodded and ran away. I just laughed hesterically at his cute actions.

"I swear to god that man's gonna be the death of me...", I muttered to myself as I continued to watch the small bees get pollen from the flowers that were in the garden. "Guess it was a date..."
