High up in the mountains of Alaska a massive military base was built deep within a mountain. Only a select few knew about this base's location and purpose. The base was a massive complex with an even bigger section that was built deep underground.

A massive mountain range protected the base from any prying eyes that would be foolish enough to try and get a peek at the complex
The base had a massive area of around 30 miles of land around the base was made off-limits to anyone that wasn't given the authorization to enter. Any aircraft that entered was quickly intercepted by the numerous patrols of F-35 Raptors and quickly diverted away from the area or would be shot down. And there were dozens of armored patrols of soldiers and armored vehicles that would keep the ground safe.
On the surface, the base seemed to be developing new equipment for the army to help soldiers fight in cold and mountain climates. However, a deeper look into the base would reveal much more deadly weapons that the world had yet to see.
Deep within the base's underground levels, a scientist was leading a group of high-ranking officials to the main testing area to show off the weapons they have designed for them. The group of men just entered a massive room that was called the environment.
The environment was a massive room built underneath the base. It was an octagon-shaped room that from the center point of the room was two hundred feet while the walls went up one hundred feet. The entire room was made out of thick metal and was reinforced all around.
Platforms that overlooked the entire room were scattered around the room. Each one had an elevator that could take people to the ground level. Along the wall were several large steel doors that were big enough to allow large vehicles such as tanks and other armored vehicles into the room freely.
The men stepped through the door and onto one of these platforms where they took a second to look around this massive room. And on the far left side of the room from their location were four massive cells that had energy shields that went from the floor and up the wall around thirty feet.
Scientist: "Gentlemen this way please." He said motioning to the elevator.
The men quickly hopped on the elevator which took them to the floor. Upon reaching the floor they all saw a truck that was going to take them to the cells on the other side of the room. The truck took off and quickly got the men to the first cell, and upon reaching the cell they all were shocked to see what was inside.
Standing right behind the shield was a creature that resembled a massive dragon with red and black scales. His body was very muscular and he had a pair of powerful wings on his back that seemed to easily propel him into the sky. The only type of clothing the massive beast wore was a pair of shorts that seemed to be made of kevlar that went to his lower thighs.
