The next day.

Teju wakes up due to her alarm ringing and gets up from her bed and goes to the kitchen to warm her water, just then her mom comes down.

Aai: Good morning teju beta.
Teju: Good morning aai.

And they hug each other, and aai gets busy making breakfast while teju takes out her warm water from the microwave, drinks her water, and goes off to get ready to go to the office. After getting ready she comes down and haves her breakfast and just then vidhi knocks and comes in.

Vidhi: Hi uncle and aunty, good morning.
Aai and baba: Good morning vidhi beta.
Aai: chal beta aaja breakfast karle.
Vidhi: nahi aunty thanks, maine pahale he naashta kar liya hai.
Aai: acha theek hai.
Teju: Ok mera breakfast hogaya, chal vidhi ok bye aai, bye baba.
Aai and Baba: Bye beta take care.
And as usual, they take a cab and leave for the office.

Meanwhile at the office.

Karan came early today as he had to finish some work and he had an early meeting.

Karan: So om did you finally find me an assistant or not?
Om: Of course, bhai I did.
Karan: acha toh phir where is the assistant?
Om: Bhai I still have to talk to that person.
Karan: Well okay but make it fast, without an assistant it's a mess.

Just then all employees start entering the office, teju and vidhi as well and they all go and take their seats and start working. Om comes out of Karan's cabin and see's teju.

Om: Good morning ladies.
Teju and Vidhi: Good morning Sir.
Om: arey didn't I say to call me only om.
Vidhi: but sir we are in the office, so we will obviously call you sir na.
Om: ok fine but outside am om only okay.
Vidhi: Okay!
Om: Oh by the way Teja can I talk to you?
Teju: Yeah sure sir.
Om: are yaha nahi, in my cabin.
Vidhi looks at teju and winks at her.
Teju: Ok sir.
Teju and Om leave there and go to om's cabin.

Vidhi in her mind: I knew it Om likes teju otherwise why would he take her to his cabin also if he wanted to talk to her he could have done it here only so why his cabin? Am gonna ask teju when she comes out, honestly, if he actually does at least finally this girl will be able to move on.

Meanwhile in Om's cabin.

Om: So teju I want to tell you something really important I hope you won't refuse it, please.
Teju: Uhm sir is everything ok?
Om: Yes everything is ok, actually can I request you something, please?
Teju: Of course sir.
Om: okay I don't know how to say this, but here we go will you please become Karan's assistant?
Teju was shocked and was just staring at Om.
Teju: Sir, ME?
Om: Yes, You!
Teju: But sir there are literally so many people you could have asked and not just in the office but also outside the office people could have interviewed to apply as his assistant but why me?
Om: I just don't know honestly, somehow I think you will be a perfect fit as his assistant.
Teju: But sir I didn't come here to become someone's assistant sorry.
Om: I know but it's just for some time am sure I will find a new assistant, you know na people are scared to work with him.
Teju: and what made you think that am not scared of him?
Om: Because I know for a fact that you are not scared of him, The other day I gave you the files and you agreed to take them to him usually if I would have given it to anyone else they would have refused immediately and would have been scared to go to his cabin. But you went to his cabin and gave it to him.
Teju: But sir, I don't know, please.
Om: teju please it's okay if you want to take time, but please don't refuse it.
Teju: I need time sir to think.
Om: Okay fine take your time, but please be quick as he wants an assistant asap.

Teju leaves the cabin and starts wondering.
Teju in her mind: Heh me as Karan's sir's assistant, NO WAY he is such a khadoos there is no way I will work under him. Then teju goes to her seat.

Vidhi: Kya hua teju om sir ne tuje uske cabin mein kyu bulaya? Mena kaha tha na ki woh tujhe pasand karta hai.
Teju: arey aisa kuch nahi hai.
Vidhi: then why did he call you to his cabin?
Teju: woh he wants me to become Karan's sir's assistant.
Vidhi: KYA! Oh my god seriously? But tum kyu?
Teju: I don't know yaar.
Vidhi: I hope tumne ha bola hai?
Teju looks at vidhi with her puppy eyes.
Vidhi: Oh god teju don't tell me you said no.
Teju: Nahi Maine mana nahi kiya, but haan bhi nahi bola.
Vidhi: Matlab?
Teju: Matlab I told him I need time to think.
Vidhi: Teju tu sachme pagal hai, you are literally getting a chance to work under Karan sir and you are not agreeing what the hell.
Teju: Yaar tujhe pata hai na ki woh kitna khadoos hai🙄.
Vidhi: I know but still though, anyways at the end of the day you have to make the decision not me🤷🏻‍♀️.
Vidhi: chal phir am gonna go back to work, you keep thinking.

Teju keeps thinking about it for almost an hour and she finally came to a decision and she goes to om's cabin to tell him.

Teju: May I come in sir?
Om: Come in!
Om: teju tum, so did you finally make a decision?
Teju: Yes sir.
Om: so what did you decide?
Teju: Sir I have decided to become his assistant.
Om gets so happy that he jumps in his seat and goes to hug teju. Teju gets surprised by his act.
Om: Sorry! Actually, you don't know what a big favour you have done for me, thank you so much.
Teju: It's fine sir, okay so when am I starting as his assistant?
Om: Tomorrow as today the day is almost done so we will start tomorrow and I will email you all his schedule and you can double-check so that when you come tomorrow you are all set Okay.
Teju: Okay sir, am gonna leave then.
Om: yeah sure, oh and thanks once again.

Teju smiles at om and om smiles at her back.

Vidhi: so madam what did you decide finally?
Teju: I have agreed to become his assistant.
Vidhi: heh sachi? Am so happy. So when are you starting as his assistant?
Teju: Tomorrow!
Vidhi: Okay well good luck then.

And they get back to their work and om goes to Karan's cabin.

Om: so mere bhai thank me.
Karan with a confused face is confused as to why is om telling him to thank him.
Karan: heh! Kyu?
Om: arey bolna.
Karan: acha theek hai, thank you🙄. Now, will you tell me why did you tell me to thank you?
Om: well because I have finally found you an assistant.
Karan: what really! Oh my god finally tumne ek daang sa kaam kiya, so who is it?
Om: that toh you will find out tomorrow sorry🤷🏻‍♀️.
Karan: Ugh seriously!
Om: ha seriously, arey sabar Karo and don't worry your assistant will be joining tomorrow.
Karan: Oh that's great.
Om: Okay then you keep working and am gonna go back to my cabin.

Om leaves Karan's cabin and goes to his cabin and everyone got busy with their work, meanwhile, Hamari teju was tensed for tomorrow.
