Karan's cabin

Karan in his mind: Should I ask Teju to go with me to Mr Khurana's party? I mean we can go as friends what's wrong with that🤷🏻‍♀️ I guess I will try and ask her after office.

So the entire day went pretty smoothly. Everyone was busy as usual and office time was over. Karan saw Teju looking for a rickshaw and decided to offer her a ride home.

Karan: Hey, can I drop you?
Teju: Uhm sure.
Karan: Where is vidhi?
Teju: Actually she had to go somewhere.
Karan: Oh okay.
Karan then started driving.

Karan: Uhm can I ask you for a favor?
Teju: Yeah sure! Aren't we friends now?
Karan: Yeah, Uhm will you go with me to Mr Khurana's party tomorrow?
Teju: What!
Karan: You don't have to, I just didn't want to go alone.
Teju: Uhm me, I don't know.
Karan felt a little sad and Teju saw it.
Teju: Ugh, okay fine I will come.
Karan: Really!  Karan asked with an excited face.
Teju: Yeah, and I saw how sad you became when I said I don't know.
Karan: So are you doing this to pity me?
Teju: What! No what the hell, gosh Karan first of all I hate pity or even the word🙄 am doing it because I want to.
Karan: Oh okay!
Teju: So what time is the party?
Karan: Uhm in the evening.
Teju: Cool then, so after office time right?
Karan: Yup, I will come to pick you up.
Teju: Okay!
They finally reached teju's house and teju got out of the car and said bye to Karan.

Teju then went inside her house and greeted her parents and went to freshen up. After she freshened up she texted Karan.

Teju: Hey, have you reached home?
Karan: Yup, actually just got home.
Teju: Oh great. Uhm you should go rest now.
Karan: Yeah you too.
Teju: Okay good night.
Karan: Good night.
Teju went and had her dinner while Karan went and freshened up and had his dinner as well and he went to his bed and took his laptop and started doing some work.
Teju called vidhi.

Teju: Vidz I need help😩
Vidhi: What happened? All good?
Teju: Yeah yeah, all good actually I am going to a party tomorrow and I don't know what to wear so I need help please.
Vidhi: Wait hold up, you are going to a party with who? And whose party are you going too?
Teju: Uhm don't scream please, but I am going with Karan.
Vidhi: Ahhhhhhh, what the hell tejuuuuu.
Just then vidhi's mom came to her room as she was screaming.
Vidhi's mom: Kya hua?
Vidhi: Nothing mumma , chill am just talking to teju.
Vidhi's mom: Tune toh dara diya mujhe, pagal ladki🤦🏻‍♀️
Teju: I told you not to scream vidhi look you scared aunty🙄.
Vidhi: Sorry, but I can't believe it. Wait, did he ask you to go with him?
Teju: yes.
Vidhi: and so whose party are you going too?
Teju: Uhm, Mr Khurana's😒
Vidhi: And why don't you seem excited?
Teju: Nothing like that, it's just that Mr Khurana gives me weird vibes I don't know why.
Vidhi: Did he do something that made you feel like this?
Teju: Uhm i don't know if it's my imagination or whatever but when we went for the meeting the entire time he was just staring at me, and when we were leaving we shook hands and it's like he wasn't ready to leave my hand😬
Vidhi: Gosh creepy much😯
Teju: Anyways don't tell anyone this especially Karan, you know na Mr. Khurana's deal with the company is really important and I can see Karan really wants this deal to happen.
Vidhi: Kya baat hai, you don't want Karan sir to find out about it, caring and all ha😂
Teju: Just shut up vidhi, Anyways so you are gonna help me tomorrow right?
Vidhi: Of course duh,is this even a question, why am I even your best friend for🙄
Teju: Okay my wonder girl. They both chuckled.
Vidhi: Okay so we are meeting tomorrow asap, you have to look good, I can't believe you are going as a date to a party with Karan sir.
Teju: What the heck, no we are not going as a date we are going as boss and assistant or as friends that's it.
Vidhi: Whatever in my mind you guys are going as each other's date🤷🏻‍♀️
Teju:🤦🏻‍♀️
Teju: Chal good night.
Vidhi: Yup, good night.

Teju kept thinking about tomorrow's party and everything and she fell asleep while thinking about all that.
