This happened after Jinx kills Silco and was about to destroy the council's tower. But as Jinx was walking up the building to do so, Rivet, after watching the scrap that just unfolded, was releasing Vi, Ratchet, Clank and Kit from their restraints.
The reason why Ratch, Clank and Kit are there is because, unlike Caitlin, Who was alone in the shower, making Jinx's kidnapping of her was a piece of cake, Rivet was just in her room, laying in her bed, thinking about the argument she and Vi had and what she had said, they were like "Oil and Water". Jinx quietly sneaks through the window and attacks her but Rivet fought back long enough for the rest of the RA-4 to come to her aid. Ratchet told Riv to run who begrudgingly did so, not wanting to leave her teammates behind, but knowing that she has to. Ratchet, Clank and Kit were defeated and were taken to Jinx's "tea party" next to Vi. But while they were taken though, Rivet was there watching the whole time from afar. She then decides to follow jinx to see what crazy scrap she's up to this time. And now here she is, Releasing her allies from their strengths while Jinx is about to literally destroy a tower!
Luckily, Riv noticed this and, after releasing Vi and apologizing to Ratch and the bots for that releasing them, bolts towards Jinx and tackles her before she could pull the trigger on her new weapon, "FishBones".
As two female lombaxes fight it out to the death, Blue riffs began to open in the sky. Turns out Scourge had ran out of Singe's lab after getting back his memories of when he was Sonic (since he had amnesia from he and Rivet's little incident before all of this happened) and let's out a energy shockwave that caused a Power outage throughout the dimension... and the blue rifts opening up.
Aaaaaand he also teleported to another dimension. (yay! Here we go again...😒)
Anyways, Long story short, Jinx was getting upper hand, beating the scrap out Rivet who soon enough kicks her off before getting up and tackling her to the ground only for a rift to open up in front of them and they crash through, pretty much crashing to another dimension.
Ratchet, Vi and the bots follow after them only for them to go into a different dimension altogether. (Man, dimensions can be confusing sometimes.)
And that's what happened in this pic. Our heroes and anti-heroes beat the crap each other and soon enough teleport to different dimensions. Sorry for the dumb explanation.
