So in Arcane, there are two sisters, one of them was good, who was Violet, and the other was evil, Who was Powder/Jinx. So why not do a switcheroo with the sisters?

This takes place five or six years since the last art and Powder was now a teenager (about the age of Jinx in Arcane) and she and Rivet decide to go back to Zaun to get a couple stuff. Well Rivet was about to go on her own but Powder insisted to come because she wanted to see how her home was. Besides, her PTSD and other problems are getting better and she wanted to "test herself".
Anyways, The girls made it to Zaun, and while they were shopping for some parts and maybe some snacks as well, Powder notices someone... following them. Seem to be a hooded female who looked like she had been in the gym for Zoni knows how long. At first Powder thought it was her schizophrenia, but she had took her medication an hour ago, so it can't be that.
Powder was about to tell Rivet about the person following them but she then notices that the person was gone, so she left it be.

A couple hours later they got their stuff and was loading it in the ship. That's one Powder notices the woman again. Scared that she might run away again, she taps on Rivet's shoulder while keeping an eye on the woman. Rivet sees her as well and And told her to F off, after that the woman run off.
When they got on the ship, Powder thought about the woman during the entire trip. Rivet asks what's on her mind. Powder explains about the woman they saw earlier and that she looked... familiar... and she swore that she took her pills this morning. Rivet just tells her it might be just a homeless person looking for some money for drugs like Shimmer. Powder agrees with her, but that does not mean that the woman was not out of her mind. She looked familiar, very familiar, but she can't quite connect the dots yet.
Both girls thought that it was the last time they ever saw that woman but... they were wrong.

A few days later, when Powder was outside, about to test out a higher tech (and safer) remake of her Monkey Bomb, she sees someone hiding behind tree. After a long look, she realizes it was the same woman from Zaun! How did she get here?! How does she know where they lived?!
Gathering up her courage, Powder went up to the woman, asking her coldly what she wanted. The woman emerges from behind the tree revealing her features: Hot pink fur with scarlet stripes and blue eyes.
It was Vi!
Powder froze in shock. What was her sister doing here?! She thought that she abandoned her six years ago!
