Ok. In all honesty, I found the star from Wish cute and the movie itself ok. I mean, It's not spectacular, but it's decent to watch. Also, I'm saying this once (and it feels wrong to say it):
Omg! The villain was HOT!
However, when I saw people's criticisms about this movie and saw the deleted stuff and saw THAT THE STAR WAS GONNA BE A CUTE DISNEY STAR BOY UNTIL THEY SCREWED IT UP!!!
I thought... "you know, what if I added the Star Boy, but be very, very, VERY lazy, yet very, very, VERY genius at the same time?"
And that is when Star Boy Sora was born! 💛
Reasons why I think this shit is a awesome idea:
1 - The star is supposed to be a "wishing star"... but it doesn't grant wishes, it only makes animals and plants talk. However, if Sora replaces the star in Wish, the inability to grant wishes would make sense bc Sora is not a wishing star, he's a keyblade master!!! (Fuck Yin Sid! He's a Master in my eyes!)
2 - In the DLC of KH3, Sora "disappears" from existence(?) (Idk, I've never played the DLC, but from the cutscenes I watched, it looked like he faded away. Pls correct me if I'm wrong 😓) Anyways, Ik he crashes into Quadratum in the upcoming KH4, but I can't help but make a bittersweet AU about him actually fading out of existence, pretty much dying, and becoming a little star boy.
3 - SORA IS WAY CUTER THEN THE STAR THAT DISNEY CLEARLY RIPPED OFF FROM MARIO!!! 😄
