Piers and his Special Eevee [ Obstagoon x Pokémon Reader]

The Present + A Chicken War

"Time to wake up y/n," Piers said. I blinked my eyes open as he pet my head. I had a dyed black mask with my ears and legs dyed black and white stripes like Piers's hair.

When the dye was applied over my eyes, it got into my eyes and blanked all the color in them. I can still see and it doesn't hurt now. It faded since Piers did what he can to get all the dye out.he offered to dye my fur since it's been 4 years and I still haven't evolved. We have a gym challenger that goes by Hop coming by for a battle. He's the son of the Champion, Leon. "Vee.." I said. That translates to "Good morning." "We have your big battle today with Obstagoon, Scrafty, Malamar, and Skuntank." He stood up and walked over to his stage. A ton of Team Yell members were there waiting for him. He's big with music.

I stood up and wobbled over to Obstagoon. He noticed me and his face went a bit pink. "Good morning Obstagoon," I said as I flopped over. He picked me up and sat me on his lap like he usually does now that he's fully evolved. "Good morning n/n," he said. He watched Piers as he started his "concert" and sand for all the Yell members in attendance. I laid there with Obstagoon until the kid finally showed. I shouted to stop the concert and alert Piers. He looked over at me then over at the kid.

The area was cleared for battle. Piers doesn't do Dynamaxing, that's why the battlefield was so small. The first three Pokémon were out in no time. This kid was powerful. Obstagoon got him down to his last Pokémon. "YEAH YOU GOT THIS OBSTAGOON!" I shouted.

Last Pokémon. This thing is intimidating. Rillaboom. Back and forth hitting, until Obstagoon was hit with a hard blow and was sent to the ground. "Obstagoon!" I yelled. Never in my life had I ran for as long as I did. 15 whole steps before I was sent tumbling to Obstagoon. I stood up and nudged his head. He sat up shakily. Thats when I jumped in front on Obstagoon. "Y/n, are you sure you can do this?" Piers asked me. I sent out what sounded like a war cry. Obstagoon just got back. The last time we did this, I was out in one hit and I couldn't attack. "Alright.." He was unsure. "Let's try! Use swift!" He said. I felt serious lack of strength, but I tried anyways. I jumped into the air as far as I could go, and I actually did it. I sent stars out of my tail and hit the Rillaboom. I landed on my back back got back to my feet really quick. "Let's keep this going y/n!" Obstagoon and Piers said in unison. I let out another cry as my feet lifted off the ground and I stood there on air. Piers looked shocked. A purple mist had surrounded me, and I was cloaked in a purple light. Once the mist cleared, Piers and Obstagoon saw me in the light. "Ah! Y/n, are you..!" Piers said. I was changing forms. But it was like no other. When the light had gone, I was a completely new Pokémon. "EON!" I roared.

I sent a shadow ball towards Rillaboom and it hit, point blank. A KO.

"Y/n you- you've evolved!" Piers said after the battle. I levitated instead of walked. "I've never seen any Pokémon like this! I have to schedule a meet up with everyone to figure out what you are y/n." I nodded. 20 minutes after he had texted everyone, we were off. We were running in the wide open fields together, for the first time. When we got to town, we looked for everyone. That's when I noticed Milo. "Phan!" I called to them. We went over to the group and everyone looked at me in astonishment. "Is that y/n?" Someone asked. "Sure is! And I don't know what Pokémon he is." "Well what does he say?" The kid said. He had a Gengar and a mask on. "Phanstasm!" I looked up at Piers. "Phantasm, and he said 'eon' during our battle.. Phantasmeon!" He said, it hit him at last. I sensed someone near me so I looked beside me. Obstagoon had sat beside me. I just laid across him, my head on his leg. I felt him tense a bit at the action. "Let's go you two," we heard Piers say. We both got up and ran to our trainer, following them to the fields.

"I have a good idea. How about we test what abilities Phantasmeon has?" Leon suggested. We were at the field already. "You battle all of us without a break, only using y/n." Piers thought. "I would, but you're not separating those two. They just battled hard today and I can't do anything more to them," he said. Obstagoon was laid down in the field and I was beside him. We were napping together, but I was aware. Very aware.

A small pack of Yamper ran by, almost hitting Obstagoon. I shot my head up and growled at them. They immediately ran off a different way and left us to be. Why was I so protective over Obstagoon? I felt my face heat up a nice white. Great, that's totally not visible on me. The more I thought about it, the brighter the white got. What I didn't notice was Obstagoon side-eying me with a cheeky smile. My face was whiter than ever. He moved his head slightly to see my face better and his face dusted a pink. He smirked and I just moved away from him. "Y/n~" he called. No response. He walked up to me. "Not nice to ignore someone now is it?" I just got back up and ran over to Piers. I had tucked my tail and my ears were flat. "Y/n?" He asked me. He looked over and at Obstagoon who was slightly laughing. He lifted my head to see my white face. I heard him ask his friends if they've heard of Cross-Pokémon Breeding Pairs. They've never. I was only told to go back to playing with him. I did.

"Someone's being shy~" Obstagoon teased. He was like that a lot. "Oh I am now?" I said, getting really close to his face. That made him blush like a complete madman. "Bold move." He kissed me on the head and I froze. He just laughed. I wasn't ready to lose this war. I didn't think and kissed him. Just a small peck was all. He was red, lightly touching his lips. "I'm sorry! I wasn't thinking!" I apologized. He just took my face and kissed me again. I had sat down in mid air, melting into the kiss.

"Hey you two, you're in public!" Piers shouted. We broke the kiss and looked over at him. We both growled at him in annoyance.

It was getting late so we headed back. Me and Obstagoon both immediately went to bed while Piers did some kind of a night concert.
