Running Up That Hill/Steve

I had been using Danny's car, badges, cell phone, gun, and office. I then fell asleep in Danny's office. I woke up and realized I was in a dark room.

I noticed then the door opened. I was beaten and then the guy left. This happened on and off for two months. I then noticed the guy stopped and before he hit me he had thrown down Danny's badge and vest next to me. I put the vest on.

"I have good news. Your friend didn't make it."

He then beat the crap out of me. I passed out holding Danny's badge."

I dreamed about Danny and his kids. I felt horrible for how it was my fault Danny was gone. I then heard shooting. I know someone must have found me. I then drifted off in a deeper unconsciousness. I don't know what happened after that.
