Please Don't Go

What I've Done/Steve

I woke up and found Danny's badge in my hand. I wondered how Danny's badge was still in my hand. A doctor came into the room and checked me. I then was allowed to go. I was allowed to go back to work.

I walked into Danny's office and sat down. I opened the top drawer. I noticed that there was a note with my name on it. I opened it and it said.

Steve,
If anything happens to me please take care of Grace and Charlie for me. Love you brother. I will always be with you. I will always be a part of you. Don't blame yourself. You were my best friend. I loved you. Take care Steve.

I was alone in my office and I broke down and was Crying. "I can't do this without you Danny. "
I went to go see Charlie and Grace. We went to get shaved ice. "Uncle Steve, why are you so sad?"

"I miss your dad. I said somethings I never should have. I never got to say sorry."

"Danno, would have forgiven you."

"I don't know about that."

I then looked and noticed someone was watching us. The person then moved on. Charlie then decided to speak.

"He would have forgiven you uncle Steve."

I dropped the kids off and went back to Danny's office. I know someone saved me and I walked to the smart table. I noticed everything was deleted. I found that odd. I then dig farther and saw a file with my name on it. I opened it. I saw the person who was dressed like me take out all the bad guys. I saw him take Danny's badge and put it in his pocket. I then saw he called for help.

I was shocked. I walked into my office. I then saw that there was someone sleeping on the couch. It was the person that saved me. I saw the blanket on the floor. I covered them up and  sat at my desk.
