Chapter 10
I miss Christian so much right I haven't seen him in two days because I had to drive to Georgia with my mom for a baseball game for Drew's team. We stayed in Atlanta and had a great time. We went to the Coca-Cola museum and made our own custom Coke bottles and I made one for Christian. We had a really good dinner and went swimming on a rooftop pool in a luxury high rise hotel, it was amazing but scary being so high up like that. The hotel had a glass elevator that went up to like the 45th floor and it felt like a free-fall on the way down. I was so scared I had to keep my eyes shut.
I love Atlanta it's a really beautiful city. It reminds me of New York a little minus the giant skyscrapers just closer to home. Plus I am a southern girl and Georgia is all about southern hospitality. When I was in NY every time I'd say y'all or yes ma'am, my cousins in NY thought that was hysterical. They kept asking me to say it. I thought it was funny that they didn't refer to adults with a yes ma'am/no ma'am etc. Even at school we have to reply to the teachers like that. I'm just used to it I guess.
Christian and I texted each other constantly for the past 2 days and spoke for like 2 hours last night. He keeps telling me how much he misses me and can't wait to hold me and do other things to me. What other things? I know I can't just kiss him all the time, it's definitely frustrating but I'm scared if I go too far it will lead to sex. I'm going to have to let him know I'm not ready for that yet but I'm willing to try moving up a base or two. It's gonna happen soon if we stay together; I mean I want it too but we have only been together a short time.
I'm going to his house tonight at 6pm. His parents are going to Orlando for a wedding and won't be home till like 2am. He offered to pick me up but it's light out until like 8:30pm and he's only a few blocks away in the next subdivision and I could really use the walking time to calm down and get it together. I still feel very nervous around him. I feel like my heart is beating faster than a hummingbird.
I arrive at his house a few minutes after six and I look around to make sure his parent's car is gone, well maybe it's in the garage. I can see his cousin playing basketball in the driveway as I get up to the door. He walks over to me and looks at me for a moment like he's not sure what to say.
"Hey, are you Christian's girlfriend?" he asks me then turns to throw the basketball ball in the hoop.
"Yes" I reply awkwardly "I'm Ana"
"I know, Chris told me you were coming over" he says. He call him Chris?
"I'm Landon, I'm staying here with him and my aunt and uncle till school starts"
"That's so awesome, nice to meet you Landon, Christian mentioned that to me, is he home?"
"Yeah hes inside"
"Thanks, umm I guess I'll see you later"and I smile. He is so sweet.
He just smiles back at me.
Landon goes back to playing basketball. I knock on the door and Christian opens it and pulls me inside, quickly closes the door and literally sticks his tongue in my mouth and pushes me up against the wall while kissing me.
"So you missed me?" I say gleaming
"I missed you baby" he whispers as he kisses my neck and presses up against me. Oh I feel him Oh God
He shows me around his huge house which is one floor except for two upstairs gigantic bonus rooms. His home is beautifully decorated. Everything is dark wood and rich colors. The Kitchen looks like it came straight from a designer magazine equipped with silestone counter tops, overly large stainless steel appliances and a big island in the center with a sink and grill top. The furnishings are beautiful. I know his mom is a teacher but now I wonder what his dad does for a living to afford a home like this.
