(Jonathan p.o.v)

---------------------------------------------------------------

Jonathan: " I think I found the source of my headaches Miles" - I said

Miles: " You think it's this thing?" - Poking the dead creature with his foot, then orange liquid squirts out of its mouth making him jolt backwards-

Miles: " God damn it I think it got on my pants" - Checking his lower area-

-Crouching down beside the creature and began to examine the orange liquid-

Miles: "You're not going to touch that are you?"- he asked-

Jonathan: "What do you think?" - I Retorted -

- Miles then backed off a bit -

Miles: "Just saying, I would not want to be near that shit if it's causing you to seize up "- He said -

- The horrible familiar smell came back once more and the liquid oozed out more from its mouth than it disappeared-

Jonathan:" Whatever the orange goo stuff is" - I took out my large knife and poked the orange liquid-

Jonathan: "I believe it's the source of my problems" - I continued while shaking off the orange goo from my blade -

- Still crouching down, I noticed the tears in its cloak and through the holes, I saw its burned flesh-

" The creature didn't even stay in the shadows to block it from being burned, and with the cloak, it seemed to put it on to shield itself"

Jonathan: "looks like it used the cloak to shield itself from the sun" - I commented -

Miles: " You think it's intelligent enough to do that?" - He asked -

- Standing back up from the body I looked where the stairs were -

Jonathan: " Maybe self-preservation?" - I pondered -

Jonathan: "Let's clear the rest of the building and find a room to hunker down" - I said while walking to the stairs -

- Me and Miles cleared out the rest of the building, searching every room and closet. We have found a suitable room on the third floor. The room was a living room of some sort with a couch and a broken table. The room had a window that was partially boarded up, leaving the upper half of the window exposed-
