Chapter Thirty One

"Well you could pretend to be kidnapped for me as I told him I was going to give you guys a visit" the prince replied the aunt and uncle frowned "even if we did this how would this help you guys?" the uncle asked, "well we need him to call his men off for starters but mainly to get him to quiet hunting her" the prince replied.

The aunt and uncle looked at each other then they looked at the prince "we didn't know about any of this and we're truly sorry to have caused you trouble yes we'll stay for a while till all of this is sorted out" they both told him, the prince nodded "thank you I knew you'd understand" the prince replied.

"So what now?" the uncle asked the prince thought for a minute then he got up "we shall give him a visit what do you say?" the prince asked, the uncle nodded "of course but one probably we haven't seen him in a while" the uncle half lied.

The prince looked at them then looked to his guard his guard couldn't help but smile at him seconds later the prince and his aunt and uncle left for the cells, "don't mind how he looks right now we tried not to hurt him that much but he pushed my guard to do so" the prince informed them.

The uncle looked at his wife then looked down at his feet he then looked up to find that the prince had stopped and was staring at him, the uncle sighed "I can't lie to you I don't really want to so here's the thing it's true that we haven't seen him but we did talk to him". The uncle started to explain.

"You may go on" the prince said as he leaned into a wall the aunt sighed "we contacted Chevy a few months ago and told him that we were losing our minds ect and so Chevy jumped at the chance to help us he said he knew what to do so we didn't argue with him" the aunt explained the rest.

The prince took a deep breath and let it out slowly "you should've asked him about it then maybe we could have avoided all of this or maybe you guys should've came to me for help, how are you guys now?" the prince asked.

The aunt and uncle frowned "we're holding up but wish we were better, I got us some type of med to take but it feels like it's wearing off now but we keep trying to take it the person said we had to take it at night before bed" the aunt told him, the prince straightened up "what kind of med? Stop taking them then don't take them tonight"

"Do you have them with you?" the prince said and the aunt and uncle nodded "of course we brought them with us" the aunt told him, "let me see them later once we're done" the guard told them before the prince had a chance to say anything the prince looked over to his guard.

But the guard kept looking forward and didn't look at the prince. The guard started to walk towards the cells and the prince quickly caught up to him, "what was that for? I already know not to deal with the med they might be poison to me don't treat me like I'm stupid damn it" the prince told him stubbornly.

The guard stopped mid-walk and stared at him. "I was more saying it because of your aunt and uncle were there. I knew you knew but I also knew you relatives didn't know so I thought I'd speak up, that was all you didn't need to get mad" the guard told the prince.

Soon after they got down to the cells the prince stopped his aunt and uncle "remember what I said don't mind how he looks" the prince reminded them and they took a deep breath and nodded "alright let's he" they said.

"My god what have you done to him? He looks half broken. You said he didn't look good but didn't look bad. What happened?!" the aunt said as she ran to the cells, the prince looked to the guard but he just shrugged.

The prince looked at Chevy and Chevy looked up a little to the prince and half grinned to him, "you bastard" the prince thought knowingly what Chevy had done to himself "we didn't do that to him he's done it to himself when we left him he wasn't like this" the prince told them.
