Chapter Twenty Four

Blaze kept a hold of Ava's other arm and pulled as he pulled on Ava Blaze took his other hand into a fist and smashed Abyss's face Abyss let go as he fell to the ground, Ava clung onto Blaze and stared down at Abyss.

"Sorry Abyss but you're not so good at kidnapping or keeping your targets and I knew that besides like I said don't mess with the true love spell you never know what'll happen" Blaze reminded him, it didn't take long for Abyss to try and get up.

but he couldn't so he just laid there sad. Blaze looked at him and frowned. He then set Ava down and went to help him up, "oh Abyss how low we've fallen just for attention I'll talk to our cousins about a place for you okay?" Blaze told him as he pulled him up and backed away.

Abyss just stood there staring at Blaze not knowing what to do next, Blaze went back to Ava and held her he then watched Abyss for a few minutes "you can't have her for blackmail or for anything" Blaze said Abyss sighed "not even for company?" Abyss asked in a low voice.

Blaze shook his head not even for company cause knowing you you'd keep her hostage again" Blaze replied, Abyss went to a chair and sat down "no I wouldn't but fine go take her but I now know what you meant by danger I can sense it to" Abyss told him.

Blaze looked around them and opened his senses "yeah I can sense it getting stronger now to and they're approaching quickly" Blaze said, Blaze then brought Ava back into Abyss's house and shut the door "go and hide somewhere Ava me and Abyss will take care of this" Blaze told Ava.

Abyss and Blaze watched her hurry to one of the bedrooms once they heard the door close Blaze and Abyss went outside and used their powers to look around the area more better, "I don't see anything do you?" Abyss asked and Blaze just shook his head "I don't either this isn't good where'd they go?" Blaze asked.

"It should be a good thing Blaze it just means they don't know where to look or that they don't know where she really is" Abyss told him, Blaze nodded "that's true but still how'd they get here in the first......."Blaze stopped and thought for a minute "damn it I think Chevy has caught on" Blaze finished.

Abyss looked at Blaze with wide eyes "what do you mean Chevy's here? I thought he got banned from here and if he is back here how did he get here?" Abyss questioned, "that's easy I bet he used the bridge that anyone could use" Blaze answered "hmm we should stand guard then" Abyss said.

:Hours later:

Abyss and Blaze were still standing by Abyss's door "there's nothing coming Blaze maybe we should go back inside I need something to eat" Abyss told him, Blaze nodded "well I'm sure your breakfast is burnt by now but you asked for it like I said" Blaze told him.

As they turned towards the door Blaze sensed someone was close and quickly turned around to find Chevy standing there staring at them, "why hello men how nice to see you again" Chevy said "ha nice? Nice you say you were the one that....." Abyss didn't finish.

Blaze was shaking his head "not here Abyss not now" Blaze told him as he put his hand on his shoulder Abyss frowned but nodded "so Chevy what do you want this time? Last time you went after my woman. If you're going to try that here I recommend you don't.

"I think you and your men should turn around and leave right now or there will be trouble trust me you don't want to mess with me or my family" Blaze told Chevy, Chevy laughed "you and your family don't scare us" Chevy replied "oh really? Last time I checked you're afraid of my brother" Blaze said.

Chevy froze but only for a second then he looked back at his men for a few seconds then back at Blaze and Abyss "ha ha here's the thing though he's not here only you two are" Chevy told them Abyss looked at Blaze, Blaze sensed Abyss was nervous but let Chevy notice.
