That night would definitely change life for a lot people.
On that day the town carnival was going to happen, a yearly festival with games, fireworks, and a competition that the Jacobs family always won no matter who competed with them. It was one of Rose's favorite nights since she arrived in town a few years ago.
Rose would prepare for the festival inside her room while listening to some music to cheer herself up.

Roseanne enjoyed making herself as presentable as possible to people's view. She knew that this was one of the reasons that many people liked her. Her style always impacted the people around her, she influenced some individuals by her great fashion sense.
Her cell phone vibrated on the left side of her dressing table in front of her. She then realized that there were several message notifications that she hadn't even noticed. Messages from Kat, Jules, Maddy, and Fezco. All about if she was going to the carnival making Rose answer "yes" to all of them.
The whole way to the carnival was festive and fun. Roseanne didn't want to drink that night since she was driving, so she just stuck to enjoying the moment and the people around her. Right on the place, she could see many games including a big spinning wheel that she was sure she wanted to get away from as she was afraid of heights.
A few steps ahead of her, Rose could see her best friend, Maddy walking towards her with a not happy face.
- Fucking Nate is ruining my night and the night hasn't even started. He told me that I'm dressed like a hooker and he also said that his family doesn't like me. - Maddy mumbles the same sentences as her boyfriend, upset by the situation.
Nate's family had been very demanding since Nate had started dating Rose. She knew that her mother didn't like her at all even because she hated Rose's mother, but Nate's father, Cal liked the girl a little. The only reason was because of her family's good reputation, but deep down he felt that Rose was not ideal for his son.
- Fuck off Nate, you're the hottest girl in this whole place. - Maddy gave a big smile when she heard her friend's words. She was glad that Rose always knew how to comfort her, even more so in situations involving Nate.
