The Beauxbatons Granger {On Hold}

Starting year 4 at Beauxbatons

October 1st 1990 (In this story Beaxbatons starts in the first week in October)

Hannahbelle pov: Today was the day I would be going back to Beauxbatons and I was excited to go back. If only Mione could spend the year with me there. I got up out of bed at 8 o'clock and went to take a shower. Once I finished showering I changed into my clothes for the day, seeing as people would find it weird that I'm in a blue looking uniform. This is what my clothes for today look like⬇

Once my outfit was on I went downstairs and greeted my parents who were sitting at the table. Mia was up but probably in her room reading. It was soon nine o'clock and the carriage leaves at ten thirty so we needed to leave soon. I went to Mia's room to tell her we needed to leave soon. She looked at me and said "Hey, do we need to leave soon?" "Yeah, I wish you were allowed to come with me. You would love Beauxbatons Mia." "I know I would love the school." "Come on, we need to leave in a few minutes" "Ok, let me just put my coat on". Once Mia got her coat on, her and I walked downstairs to mom and dad. We were going to use the floo network to get to the station were the carriage was. Mia and I stepped into the fireplace and I conjured a pot/jar of floo powder. Taking a handful, I said "Beauxbatons carriage station" and both Mia and I went through the system, landing in a fireplace at the station. Mom and dad landed right after us. Mia, mom and dad marvelled at the carriage and I smiled at their reaction. Mia asked "You get to go to school in that?!?!?!" I giggled and nodded.

As Mia was googling at the carriage, Bianca came and hugged me saying "It's so great to see you Hannah, Aries wants to see you before you go, seeing as he'll be in Durmstrang this year." "Ok, I'll go see him now." Once I said that I started walking in the direction of Aries and Regulus. When I got to them I said "Bonjour Mr. Black, Aries" "Hello, miss Granger, how are you?" asked Regulus and I responded with "Good, thanks for asking. As for you" I said facing Aries "Why didn't you tell me that you are going to Durmstang this year!" "Sorry, love. I knew you wouldn't like me going to that school. I'm sorry for not telling you" he said "You're forgiven I suppose. But promise to write" I said to him and he nodded. The clock soon struck ten thirty and I hugged Aries not wanting to let go of him, knowing he was thinking the same thing. "See you again" I said, before getting into the carriage. He waved at me before the carriage started to lift up from the platform. We are soon flying over the French countryside and Bianca and I changed into our uniforms. When we came back to our spot in the carriage a first year was sitting there. "You are a first year aren't you? What's your name?" I said and she answered "Yes, I'm a first year. My name is Ethel Richmond" "Pleasure to meet you Ethel, I'm Hannahbelle Granger and the lady next to me is Bianca Black. What house are you hoping for Ethel? Bianca and I are in Pappilonlisse, which is the house of the butterfly" "That must be lovely. I'm hoping for Bellefeuille" Ethel said to me and I nodded.

Bianca then said "We are at the gates of Beauxbatons. Welcome home sisters" the gates of Beauxbatons look like this ⬇ (But gold and white)

When the carriage landed in the gardens I could tell Ethel looked amazed by the structure of the château and its gardens. The three of us exited the carriage and took in the château's beauty which looks like this ⬇

Once we were out of the carriage and in the Grand Hall, Madame Maxime started the sorting. She eventually called "Ethel Richmond" and Ethel stepped up to the arrow podium. Getting an arrow from the quiver, she lines up her arrow and then realises it. The arrow soon explodes into green powder and Madame Maxime announces her house "Bellefeuille mansion" and the Bellefeuille students clapped for her. The sorting soon finished with a Camille Beaumont being the last student to get sorted, she joined Pappilonlisse house.

Madame Maxime started her speech "Bienvenue aux etudiants. J'espère que vous avez passé de merveilleuses vacances et que vous êtes bien reposé pour l'année à venir. But for now let us dine and rejoice with friends" Once Madame finished her speech we all started to eat when she gave the signal. During dinner the hall was abuzz with students chatting to one another about their vacations and Bianca and I were talking to first years and other years in our house. Dinner soon finished and we were dismissed from the Grand hall. We entered our common room and the prefects showed the first years around. Me and Bianca went to our dorms and greeted our dormmates Estella Martin, Maria Swansea and Antonetta Beaufort. They greeted us back and went back to doing what they were doing before we came. Time passed as we all unpacked our things for the year and before we knew it, it was nine forty-five at night, meaning we had to be in bed in fifteen minutes at ten o'clock. The prefects came to check on us before switching off the lights, once seeing we are all in bed. I couldn't wait to see what this year has in store for me and yes, I'll miss Aries but I hope I'll see him at Christmas
