Hannah's pov: it was soon once again Christmas at Beauxbatons and I'd gotten a letter from Mia saying she might be spending time with me this festive season seeing as she was not staying at Hogwarts. I got up from my bed as I looked out the window and was greeted with the French Christmas snow. I went to the bathroom and did what I had to do before getting dressed. For extra warmth I had a sky blue coat on which may not look warm but it was.

I met up with the girls who also had thick coats over their clothes. We then went to the Grand hall, chatting with Fleur and Ethel on the way. Once there we went to a table where my fellow prefect Simone Archambault sat. He greeted us and said to me "Tu es ravissante aujourd'hui Hannah" I thanked the boy as Madame Maxime entered the hall. She walked up to her seat, but greeted all her students with a "Bonjour et Joyeux Yule" We responded with a merry Yule back before she gave the signal for us to begin with breakfast. When breakfast was finished, Madame Maxime stood up and said "Comme vous le savez tous, c'est encore cette période de l'année et les étudiants de Durmstrang se joindront à nous pour célébrer le bal de Noël. Assurez-vous que vos robes sont élégantes et que vos robes sont chics. You're all dismissed from the hall..." One by one, we stood up and walked out of the hall, I headed straight to the ballroom. My friends following me. Once inside the room I slipped into my black long sleeve leotard and white tights, I also put my pointe shoes on before doing a warm up.
Once the warm up was finished I started doing an advanced contemporary dance.
After I finished my second contemporary dance, Ethel and Bianca joined me in doing a trio hip hop dance
(Hannah is Briar,the one with the grey shirt, Ethel is the one with cherry red pants and Bianca is the one with yellow trainers/sneakers) Just to top off my dance session I did a lyrical solo and for the fun of it I also did a small ballet one seeing as I was in pointe shoes.
