"Nobody loves nobody,"

Chapter 9

I let out a sigh of relief when I realized my hangover was pretty much gone, Jesse had made me this amazing serum that made it go away. I was picking up a random cup off the floor when I felt something touch me, I let out an ear piercing yelp being that I was so startled. I looked down and saw that there was a hand grabbing my ankle, coming from a body sprawled out on the corner of the stairs.

"Blake?" I asked questioningly, he stared back up at me with a groggy expression, clearly he was hungover. "Babe?" He asked, his eyebrows furrowing. I wrinkled my nose in response, "I am not your babe anymore." I said rudely. He was obviously still a little tipsy. He smirked, "Right.."

"What are you even doing here, jerk?" I hissed as he sat up, "Well, if you must know, last night I crashed some party and I guess I'm still here.. Wait, why are you here?" He slurred, rubbing his eyes.

"As a matter of fact, I happen to temporarily live here!" I told him, pointing a finger at him. He shook his head, "What ..? This isn't your house, your house was different .." He drawled on, clearly confused.

"She's staying with me, jackass." Jesse snapped, coming up the stairs. Blake's eyes widened in angry surprise, "What the .. Wait! This is your house?" Blake asked, questioningly. "Yes! Now get out of it! No one invited you to the party, or gave you permission to crash here." Jesse said venomously. Blake narrowed his eyes, "Well I would've never came if I knew this was your house."

"Okay, get the f*ck out already!" Jesse shouted impatiently. Blake stood up completely "Fine n*gga, don't get your tiny little testicles in a bunch." Blake laughed. I wanted to laugh too, but I hated Blake so I didn't.

Jesse's eyes widened at Blake's words, then they became a stone hard glare, "My testicles are FAR from tiny, just ask Ariana." Jesse said smirking, I backed away from him, that was so uncalled for. Blake's laughter faded. "Shut the f*ck up, you're just the rebound." He snapped.

Jesse put his arm around me, "I'm way more than you could ever be." He told Blake. Both of them were disgusting me right now, and i hated being treated like some f*cking possession that they've "had". I shook free of Jesse's grasp. "She doesn't even really like you bro, you're just a way to fill the gap that I left." Blake said. Jesse eyes were ablaze, "F*ck off, you're the real loser here, you started a bunch of sh*t lies just cause you were butt hurt over the fact that she doesn't love you!" Jesse yelled, getting in Blake's face.

Blake threw a punch but Jesse ducked and was about to land one himself, but I stepped in between them where Jesse's fist almost met my face. Thankfully, Jesse was able to stop himself on time, "What the f*ck! Get out of the way Ariana!? What are you doing? You almost got hurt!" He yelled.

"Well then stop fighting!" I cried, "Whatever man, I'm out of here." Blake said and shortly disappeared downstairs to let himself out.

Jesse was in front of me glaring, "What?" I asked. "Don't f*cking do that. Never get in the way of two dudes fighting, I almost hit you," Jesse said, softening at the end. "But you didn't." I reassured him. He shook his head, "I really hate that guy. I don't know what you ever saw in him." He said.

"Well no fighting, especially not over me, It's not worth it." I said truthfully. He looked me in the eyes, "Don't ever say that again, of course you're worth it." He told me, brushing a strand of hair from my eyes. I felt my cheeks heating up under his stare, "Uh.. I don't -- I"

"Awe, am I making you nervous?" He asked, coming closer. I peered up at him, "Pfft, no!" I said, shoving him away. He cocked his head and smirked, "Sure, stuttering Stanley." He said chuckling. "Shut up!" I yelled, my cheeks reddening. He poked my cheek, "How cute, you're blushing."
