TW: Slight sexuality throughout and some horny writing lol.

I squeaked as I was shoved, tumbling over the edge of the building. "Oh shit," I hear Peter mutter as he watches me. We'd been battling the evil green-winged man for weeks now, and Peter and I had finally gotten a lead on him. We had been winning the current until some of the guy's cronies showed up, latching a horrible device onto me that kept me from using my powers.

I'd been using the combat skills Natasha had taught me, but I knew I wouldn't last forever considering they had supercharged weapons that would evaporate me if I was struck with it. I was able to knock one unconscious but, Vulture swiped his wing at me, effectively slashing my bicep. I gritted my teeth and kept dodging the last crony as he shot.

Unfortunately, the top of the building was covered with stones and I took a misstep, the stone sliding out from under me, causing my body to do the same. One of the Cronies took this opportunity to swipe his knife, gashing me on my waist.

I cried out as I tried to dodge, failing, taking another step backward. Everything went into slow motion as I hurtled backward, slamming into the sharp edge of the building, and flipping over the edge. My little squeak alerted Peter, who I made eye contact with just as I went hurtling out of view and over the edge.

"Alex!" Peter yells, and I hear him grunt, assumably attacked by one of the villains.
So this is it. I think as the world spins around me, the wind whipping my face and hair harshly. My stomach plummeted as I fell toward the harsh New York concrete below. I figured I had about 20 more seconds until I was dead, and I felt tears well in my eyes as I gritted my teeth.

I tried as hard as I could to fly, feeling the metal contraption on my arm wiggle as it kicked into action, preventing my powers from seeping out. "Peter!" I screamed, praying that he would save me, considering he was my last resort.

I became dizzy, and silently prayed that I would go unconscious, unaware of what was about to happen to me. God didn't seem to be in a merciful mood today though as I was faced downward, completely stretched out in a flying squirrel pose.

I heard a horrible metal screeching noise before two metal claws grabbed my arms, halting me from my descent to the ground below. My bones creaked and pulled from the force and I gasped a little as my stomach grounded itself. It took me a moment to realize I was no longer free-falling. I looked up and saw that Vulture had been my savior.

Where's Peter? Was my first thought as Vulture began to fly upward toward the top of the building once more. I caught my breath or struggled to do so as we made our way up. 5 more seconds and I would've been dead. Why did Vulture change his mind? I questioned. We got up over the edge and I saw Peter, worry on his face as he saw us appear.

Vulture tossed me, much like a rag-doll towards Peter, who thankfully broke part of my fall. I let out a relieved sob as Peter wrapped his arms around me, silently staring at Vulture as a thank-you. I heard the mechanical woosh of wings and knew then, that Peter must've struck some sort of deal in exchange for my life.

Peter smoothed my wind-swept hair, shushing me as I cried in his arms. We'd never gotten into a situation like that, and I knew that Peter had been just as out of breath as I was. "Come on, let's get to the compound so we can get that thing off your arm,"

~Time Skip~

We arrived at the new Avengers compound and Peter walked me inside. One of Tony's mechanical assistants immediately strode over to us, playing that programmed greeting that I hated so much. "Get us Tony Stark Now," Peter said, slight panic in his eyes. I glanced up at him with confusion.
