Ch. 6

Everyone else left except for me, Bumblebee, and Zero.

"Okay. So, you have an idea about where the Power Core is." I recalled

"Yes." Zero said. He started concentrating really hard about something.

"The Power Core is located in this direction for about 5 miles." He pointed east.

Bumblebee started beeping about something.

"Bumblebee says that your shoes have some sort of hover shoes that can help you run faster." Zero translated.

"Oh my gosh that's so awesome!" I exclaimed.

I look down at my sneakers to see that there's a small button at the heels.

I press the button to see my feet are hovering over the ground. "Woah!" I gasped.

The good news is I've done ice skating before, so this is pretty similar to that. I just hope I don't fall.

"Okay, let's roll out!" I point eastward and started skating like a pro.

Bumblebee transforms and starts driving. Zero uses the rockets in his "shoes" and glides with great speed.

A few hours later, we finally reach the distination. In the distance, I see a glowing red light.

"Huff...puff...woah." I gasp. "Hey, is that the Courage Power Core over there?

"Yes, that's it, but this felt too easy." Zero said, concerned.

Suddenly Bumblebee frantically transforms to bot mode and starts beeping.

"He says there are some evil bad guys approaching." Zero stated.

Out of nowhere, two silhouettes appeared.

Once revealing themselves, I knew instantly who they are. "Megatron and Sigma." I snarled. Secretly, I was a little terrified standing near them.

"Ah, I see the creator of this world finally appeared." Megatron said.

"We can't allow you to get the Power Core. So if you really want it so bad, you have to go through us." Sigma claimed.

Zero pulled out his Z Saber and Bumblebee's blasters came out.

"Run Ellie!" Go get the Power Core!" Zero commanded.

Without hesitation, I used my hover shoes and skated.

For some reason, Megatron and Sigma didn't seem to care about me. They were too busy fighting Bumblebee and Zero.

I was about halfway there, when I stopped. "I really want to help them, but what can I do?" I thought.

Suddenly, I see Meagatron hit Bumblebee in the chest, with his own fist.

"Bumblebee!" I gasped.

Then, Sigma kicks Zero in the back hard.

"Zero!" I shout.

All of a sudden, anger boiled inside of me. I'm furious.

I skate over to Megatron and Sigma, and I gave them the Death Stare. "How dare you that to them!" I growled.

I step back a couple of steps, bend down, and charged towards them.

My first target was Megatron. I kicked him square on. He actually collapsed!

Then I jump really high and landed on Sigma. The force was so great, it nearly crushed him.

Dazed, Zero and Bumblebee see that Megatrom and Sigma are on the ground. They realize that I brought them to their knees.

"Wow! Ellie, did you do this?" Zero asked, completely shocked.

"Yes I did." I declared, standing proudly.

Bumblebee beeped again. "He says you showed some courage by taking them down like that." Zero told me.

"Well, actually, I just got really angry with them." I admitted.

"But would you do the same thing in real life if something like that happened?" Zero asked.

"...No." I answered.

"So, that shows you were corageous." He told me.

I didn't want to argue with someone that has a saber on them, so I had to agree with him.

We went to get the Courage Power Core, which wasn't far.

The Courage Power Core was breathtaking. It was a red gem almost the size of my hand.

I touched the gem, when it disappeared. "Ah! Where did it go!?" I gasped.

Bumblebee pointed to my wrist and there was an empty charm bracelet with only a red charm.

"Everytime you get a Power Core, a charm will appear on that bracelet. When all are collected, they will all be on that bracelet." Zero explained.

The bracelet was a sterling silver type, which I don't mind. I makes me look stylish.

"Come on guys." I say, looking up at the setting sun. "Let's go back."
