I snatched my phone off my bed until I found where Kate's contact was.I tapped on it and began to vigorously type."hey Kate I have some good news and some really bad news". "Tell me the bad news first then".'Okay so the bad news is Clyde is leaving the country and he doesn't want anything to do with me anymore."He said he out me in too much danger so he's leaving and he said not to contact him anymore or try and find him"."Well that's a mean and rude."I know he's doing it to keep you safe but just to leave with no warning that's just rude"."that's what I told him but he doesn't want to listen to me"."But now that leads onto the good news Kate "."I have a plan to get him back"."I think I know where this is going Layla"."You bet"."I just need your help to construct the rest of the plan and put it into action"."sounds good"."I will see if you come over to my house when I'm finished school"."Okay Kate"."Okay well time for my maths test see you after school".'Okay bye Kate"."bye Layla"."I was excited to put my amazing plan into action.I was going to make my dad stay and he was going to like it.I decide to ask my dad if i could go to Kate's.And don't worry I had a plan for that too.

I walked out of my room and into the lounge where I saw my dad sitting watching some t.v."Um hey dad" I said."oh yes Layla"."So I felt a little bit better after that chicken noodle soup and was wondering if I could go to Kate's house after school today"."Sure I don't mind as long as it is okay with Kate's nana" he replied."Yea she's checking with her nana now and she'll text me the answer"."Okay then".Yes I was glad I had permission from my dad now all that was left was permission from Kate's nana.I decided to chill and watch t.v in my own room.I turned on the t.v and the news came on straight away.As I went to change it something then news reported said caught my attention."There has been a mysterious sighting of this strange man all over town" the news reported explained."He seems to be appearing mostly in alleyways trying to get kids attention" the news reporter continued."Please keep a look put for a man in all black with this specific tattoo".The tattoo was on his arm and it had jokers and thieves with a rose through it .I knew where that tattoo was from.It was the mafia leader on the news.I can't believe it took them this long to finally catch on and notify the town about it.If I were them I could've seen it and notified everyone in a matter of minutes.But the news people are kinda slow.I guess it's cause their old."So please keep your children safe and if you see any sightings of this man please text/call 0800 025 084 thank you" they finally finished.I changed the channel to something less disturbing and more entertaining.A cartoon came on and just sat watching that.Now all I had to do was wait till Kate had finished school.
