The time passed really quickly and before I knew it Kate had finished school and messaged me about the plan.Ding!"Oh I wonder who that is".I checked my notifications and I saw a message from Kate.I tapped on it and we began organising the plan for when I went I was going to her house after school."Hey Layla I just asked my nana if you were allowed over and she said yes".We are going straight from our school to your house"."Okay sounds great and my dad said yes as well"."Great we'll see you there in 5"."Okay see you soon".She just left me on read because she was almost here.I Told my dad and he told me it was probably best if I got out of my pyjamas and into actual clothes.I agreed I need to get dressed;especially with the plan.I don't think I could convince him in hello kitty pyjamas.I got into some clothes and grabbed a little bag to put my other stuff into.I put my phone charger my phone and some other little stuff in there.I Was ready to go for when Kate arrived.Then I heard a car pull up at the end of the driveway and I knew immediately it was Kate.I gave my dad a hug and ran out to Kate's nana's car."Oh hey Layla" said Kate."Hey Kate"."I'm all ready to go now so we can just leave."Okay"she said."I jumped in the back seat with Kate and said hello to her nana as well."hey Kate's nana" I said politely"Hello dear" she replied."You all ready to go"she asked."Yes" I said.She started the car and we drove out of the driveway.I could still see my dad watching t.v inside while we were backing out.Once we were fully out of the driveway we drove down a couple blocks and stopped at the dairy.Kate's nana had to buy some bread and milk for their breakfast tomorrow.The her nana asked us"would you darlings like a packet of lollies each while I'm in there"?Me and Kate both of course said yes.We waited for about 10 minutes before her nana came back with everything she needed.She handed us the lollies and then we drove back to Kate's house a couple streets away.When we arrived at Kate's house we both jumped out of the car and ran to her room.Her nana sat on the couch reading a book while we talked over the plan."So what exactly is the plan' asked Kate."So I'm going to message him from your phone pretending to be my mum" I explained."And then since he's so in love her he will agree to meet up with me after school in an abandoned house next door to mine"."After he arrives at the spot he will realise it's me and will try to leave"."But since I'm great at convincing people he will believe me and stay" I finished."Are you sure that's going to work" replied Kate."Of course it is I planned it all out" I said."Okay then" said Kate."Now all I need you to do is let me borrow your phone to message him" I told her."But why though can't you just use your phone" she said."No it won't work that way he will know it's me and ignore the messages" I told her."That's why I need your phone that way he won't be suspicious" I explained."So that's all you needed me for" Kate said?"Um yea basically' I told her."Okay then I guess you can use it" she finally replied."Yay thank you so much Kate" I told her as I pulled her in for a tight hug.Kate handed me her phone and I went into her contacts and searched up Clyde's number.I remembered it off by heart so it was super easy to put into her phone.Once his contact came up I started messaging him.
