Chapter 15- cheryl's song

Cheryl's POV
After 20 minutes toni opened her show with one of her most famous songs. The atmosphere she creates for the crowd is amazing! She is really really good at what she does. Toni spend hours singing, talking and just being with her fans but then there was one finally announcement "so everyone! I have a very special surprise for you all today!" Too I shouted down the mic causing everyone to scream in excitement. "Well today while I was on my way to this lovely place I got challenged" she shouted happily. I went to the edge of my seat as I was just as curious as everyone else out there "what is she doing?" I heard Veronica say worried/confused "the challenge was too write a song! I know that doesn't seem like a challenge but this song has to be about someone in my life. Now that's also not the real challenge. The real challenge it to preform the song live for this person!" Everyone in the crowd started screaming with excitement even more then before. "Is this about you?" Kai asked me as he was also on the edge of his seat "I hope so" I answered nervously "now I can't tell you who it is just yet as I don't really know how he feels about me, but he is very special" toni said as she took out her mic and started talking to her band behind her then after about 5 minutes she put her mic back in and the music started slow "I'm so into you

I listened to every single word the girl sang and I knew straight away it was meant for me. I smiled as the song Finished "holy shit, I did not expect that" Betty said as everyone was looking at me "that was" I said but I couldn't even Finnish "I guess that's a good answer to if she likes you or not" jughead laughed I was still shocked I watched at she closed the show and said goodbye to everyone. She ran of stage I need to find her. I stood up and she was already here she was heavy breathing and sweating with the biggest smile on her face ever. We walked closer fo each other "toni! What the hell? Why did you-" Dan said then he looked at us Tonis eyes widened and looked at Archie "so did you like the song?" She said as her head hung low and she walked to him and hugged him hesitantly my heart shattered and I sat down slowly "y-yeh thanks" Archie said as he pulled her on top of him for a hug "so the song? It was about him?" Dan said suspiciously "yeh! Of course! Who else!" Toni said happily I glanced at the girl but she wasn't looking at me she was looking at Archie. Kai held my hand gently with a smile I smiled back at him. "Good, that's good um great. Do I need to give him the over protective brother talk?" He asked toni smiled and stood up "of course you do" Archie looked at her worried and toni gestured for him to go. He sighed and followed after her brother as soon as they where gone toni pulled my up and kissed me intensely "am so sorry" she quickly said then kissed me again and she hugged me like she hasn't seen me in years "the song?" I asked sadly she cupped my face and made me look at her "Cheryl it's your song! I was hoping you would get the hints!" She said with a worried look "aw god you two are so cute am going to be sick" Kai said making toni freeze I felt her start to panic "I-I-Kai omg um, we aren't" toni was trying to lie I laughed a little and held her hands "he knows, he won't tell anyone" I said reassuringly toni was still frozen I placed my hands on her face "it's okay" I said "you don't hate me?" Toni said to Kai who looked back at toni as if she was crazy "you are joking right? Please tell me you are joking?" He said looking around at everyone else "Kai? You don't hate me for being with Cheryl?" Toni asked confused "of course not you idiot! Just like you don't hate me for being a boy!" Kai said like it was obviously which it is really. Toni looked at me and started to smile I looked at her confused then she kissed me again. Her lips where so soft. "Okay okay we get it! You love each other! Stop the make out sesh in front my innocent eyes" Kai said laughing as everyone else agreed. Me and toni jumped alert quickly when that word was said "no, ha you um you got it wrong we don't, we aren't...in...love....are we?" Toni said awkwardly then she shook her head and took a step back "sorry of course we aren't! We only met recently" she said completely spiralling "hey toni! What's wrong you are sweating like crazy and your eyes are really dilated?" Jughead said as he pushed me out the way to look at her "um-nothing-no one- I mean! Nothing!" She said getting annoyed at herself. "Um Kai we better go find your mother" toni said as she tried to change the subject. Veronica stood up and gently grabbed her then opened up her eye lids and looked at her eyes "holy shit toni how many did you take?" Veronica said worried. What? What is she taking? I walked next to Veronica and I could see how bad she looked. How didn't I see this before "I didn't take anything" she said pushing us away "come on Kai!" She said more demanding he followed after her silently. I went to follow but Veronica grabbed my arm "that's not a good idea. When she is like this it's better to just let her go" I sighed and sat down. "What is she taken v? I need to know" I asked quietly Veronica sighed "I don't think she knows herself, it comes in an antidepressant bottle but they don't work like antidepressants. I mean they make her happy and hyper but it's like an actual drug she gets worse if she doesn't use it, she passes out, forget things, sleeps with people I don't know what it is. Her brother gets it for her and she has been on it for so long we can't stop her anymore" Veronica explained sadly "I haven't seen her take it that much" I said confused because if this is a drunk she would be taking them constantly right? "Trust me she is, she can hide it very well except from when she takes too many at once like right now" jughead butted in I sighed and leaned back after about 15 minutes of waiting and thinking toni came back with a smile "hello my favourite people!" She said as she danced around "you know what? My life is amazing! I have just saved a young boy from a toxic mother, I have just preformed in front of my family! Anddddd I kissed a girl andddd I liked it!" Toni pointing at me I looked at Veronica and jughead who where looked at me just as worried "oh come on guys! Why is everyone so borringggg!" She shouted then she tripped over the table in the middle of the room and fell straight on her face but she just started laughing "toni! What the hell!" Dan's voice boomed through the room suddenly. He raced over to her and helped her up but she just fell into him laughing hysterically "look at me toni" he said as he grabbed her face in his hands roughly "shit toni, how many did you take?" He asked her with a worried tone "just like..5...or maybe 6 wait! No! It's was 5 at once-actually I think it was 6 honestly am not sure" she admitted laughing I stood up and walked to the girl "toni am here okay, let me take you to bed" I said softly as I was about to take her Dan pulled her away "you are joking right? Definitely not, Archie you take her to bed" Dan said angrily "hey stop arguing! I want to have funnn!" Toni said jumping up and down Archie came over to the girl and held out his hand for her but she just stared to laugh "I will take you to a party" Archie said stepping forward again I glared at him "it's at the hotel tho so we need to go now" he said carefully toni got excited and jumped onto the boy "take me awayyyy" she said laughing as she was wrapped around the boy Archie started to walk off put toni stopped him "no wait! Cheryl are you coming?" She asked as Archie kept walking "Cheryl?! Please?" She begged I was about the follow after them but Dan got in my way. "Leave her alone blossom, this is your fault" he said then he left I sighed sadly "we better get going too then" betty said awkwardly we all agreed and left.
