Chapter 13- fake boyfriend?

I smiled as I lay facing Cheryl blossom "tell me something about you that nobody else knows" I asked her curiously Cheryl laughed a little before thinking "I hate red" she answered seriously I rolled my eyes and laughed "your turn!" Cheryl said I sighed and thought for a second. "Um I love horror movies" I said Cheryl looked at me shocked "wow I would have thought you liked Disney" I laughed again and shook my head "of course I like Disney sometimes but am more of a horror girl" I stated with a smile "am a virgin" Cheryl said with a serious look "everyone thinks I am but...am not" I added she looked a little shocked before laughing "Cheryl?" I said softly she smiled getting closer so me "um you know we are gonna have to keep us a secret right? Being with me isn't going to be easy!" I informed her she placed her her hand on the side of my face and said "am prepared to make sacrifices for you TT" she said we stared at each other for a while as I fought the urge to kiss her. "Toni?" Cheryl whispered looking down at my lips then back up at my eyes "yes?" I whispered back looking in her eyes "kiss me again" Cheryl whispered I looked at her shocked for a second before my eyes drifted to her lips then back to her eyes "please?" Cheryl begged I pulled her closer to me. Our lips where so close to touching  "are you sure you want to do this?" I whispered Cheryl nodded her head slightly then I very slowly connected our lips. My hand rested on her neck as I pulled her closer Cheryl was smiling and my tongue gently entered her mouth. We quickly pulled away when we heard a females voice say "holly shit" we looked over and saw Veronica staring at us with her mouth open I sat up quietly "Veronica! Um it's-it's-" I shouted while stuttering but Veronica just started to laugh me and Cheryl looked at each other confused  "JUG YOU OWE ME 10 DOLLARS BITCH" she screamed running out of the room. I fell back and covered my face with my hands "great we aren't even official yet and we have been caught " I said I heard Cheryl sigh "am so sorry i should've ask-" I quickly interrupted the girls words by sitting up and placing my hand on her thigh "stop! Don't apologise I don't regret it" she blushed and I couldn't help but smile "omg!! She is right!!" Betty screams I stood up and said "guys shut the fuck up!" I heard Cheryl giggle. "Oh my god your laugh is adorable" I said with a smile Cheryl blushed again "Cheryl fucking blossom get your ass in here now!"  Jughead shouted playfully I looked at Cheryl and she looked a little scared I held out my hand for her to grab and without hesitation she interlocked our fingers I smiled and we both walked out together. "Well hello love birds" Archie said with a playful smile I rolled my eyes and sat down pulling Cheryl onto me "wow it's been two days" hobo said I rolled my eyes again and said "the gays move fast" Cheryl slapped my shoulder playfully with a smile "we aren't official...just getting to know each other more" I said seriously this time Cheryl nodded her head in agreement "great! So this has to be secret right?" Betty said excitedly I nodded my head sadly. I really wish I could show Cheryl off to the world but I can't not yet anyway. The others nodded understandably making me smile "well then...moving on!" Cheryl said smiling at me. "So today, I have a show later of course but first I think we should go find somewhere nice to get some food?" I suggested happily everyone nodded me started there own conversation about where we should go. I watched Cheryl as she spoke, the way her lips where so full and upturned, her eyes wide and bright "hey toni! Am literally talking to you" I heard Archie say snapping me out of my daydream. "Oh sorry man, what did you say?" I asked making him laugh "do you know anywhere we can go?" The room was silent is as they all waited for my answer. It took me a minute but I remembered a really nice quiet place that shouldn't be too far from here "um yeh, it's just like pops from back in riverdale but smaller" I said everyone agreed. I quickly let Smithers know where to go then we started heading there "so how are you two going to hide this very obvious connection" betty said making conversation.I looked at Cheryl who was already looking at me with a small smile "we...stay away from each other in public, always be in a big group" I said sadly with a sigh "or you could get a boyfriend" I heard Archie suggested kind of under his breath "woah! A boyfriend Archie your joking right" Cheryl said obviously annoyed at the suggestion but I think that's not too bad of an idea "wait that might be good! Because if I have a fake boyfriend then people won't get suspicious and it could take some pressure of the situation" I said not realising Cheryl was burning holes into me with her famous glare. "But who?" Veronica said looking around hoping anyone had an idea "well I would want someone that if I spoke about them in an interview I could describe Cheryl but mean the man." We all went silent. Cheryl was silent for other reasons. Then I remembered a perfect strong,pale red head that is luckily apart of the opposite sex. Archie Andrews. "Archie" I said with a smile every one looked at the boy "woah! Archie?!" Veronica and Cheryl said at the same time even Archie was shocked about my answer "come on! He is perfect! Red hair, pale, tall he is literally a less hotter male version of Cheryl!" I said making a joke hoping the situation would cool down a little everyone stayed in silence so I added "guys it's not a real relationship! No kissing,no sharing beds or rooms it just mean when we are out in public we hold hands...sit next to each other when we eat food maybe take cute photos for social media! Nothing more!" I said honestly trying to get the on bored with the plan. "Can I talk to you for a minute" Cheryl said as she stood up and went into the bedroom I looked around and they where all smirking and trying to to laugh "you are I trouble" jughead mouthed to me as I eventually followed after her. I walked into the room and shut the door behind me "Cher-" I was about to say but she cut me off "no you listen to me. Archie is a good friend but he is a such a womaniser and you are...charming so I can't help but feel like he will think of it more then a fake relationship." Cheryl said obviously annoyed at the suggestion of a fake boyfriend so I tried to reassure her "you don't need to trust Archie, you need to trust me. If I wanted to be with Archie I wouldn't want to kiss you right now. Cheryl the only reason I chose Archie was so I could describe you in interviews. Your red fire hair and soft pale skin, how pink your lips are, your beautiful eyes and how you make me feel. I chose Archie because he is the closest man that looks like you. I didn't choose him because am interested I chose him because he is the safest option, but of course if you aren't comfortable with Archie we can find someone else, or we can just stay away from each other in public I just want to make you comfortable red" I said softly looking into her eyes "you want to kiss me?" She said smiling I laughed and pulled her closer to me "of course that's all you heard from that conversation" I said as I looked at her lips then back up at her eyes. "Just kiss me topaz" Cheryl said as she connected our lips ,I melted into her lips. I placed my hands on ether side of her waist and pulled her closer I turned us around and gently pinned her to the wall deepening the kiss. I broke the kiss and kissed down her jaw line to her neck, then I realised what I was doing so I pulled back quickly "am so sorry I got a bit...carried away" I said as I sat on my bed I looked at Cheryl and she looked very disappointed. "It's okay T, I liked it" I smiled as silence filled the room "I trust you TT, if Archie is what we need to make things easier for us then...am okay with it. Just no kissing!" She said quietly I laughed and placed a kiss on the girls cheek "thank you red, I won't let you down" I admitted she smiled and interlocked our hands "you better not Antoinette topaz, I think I really like you" she said smiled and leaning her head on my shoulder. I could feel butterflies in my stomach "Cheryl Marjorie blossom, I think I really like you too" suddenly the bus stopped "oh we must be here!" I said jumping up and taking Cheryl's hand. We walked back met the others then we got off the bus "finally! I feel like I have been in there for years" betty said as she was the last one off "oh this place is like pops" jughead said as he basically ran inside. We all found a seat in the corner of the restaurant away from windows and most of the other people in here. Luckily nobody had realised it was me. "So did you guys talk about the...you know" Veronica said with an emotionless expression "am okay with it as long as it stays fake" Cheryl said looking at Archie who was looking at me "are you okay with this Archie? you get too share your feelings on it too" I said to him as I placed my hand over his "I-I am fine with it, I mean I get a girlfriend without having a girlfriend if that makes sense, plus I get to tell people I dated a famous person" Archie said smiling we smiled at each other for a second before I let him go and leaned back "well it's settled then" I said I looked at Cheryl who was already looking upset so I placed my hand on her thigh hopefully to reassure her. "Excuse me? Did you just call me daughter sir? How dare you be so rude my daughter is a girl can you not see!" I looked over at the table that was just a bit further down it was a mother with her...daughter? I watched the situation with the younger and other girl. Every time the mother said daughter or girl the young person flinched and put their head down further "oh am so sorry ma'am I just thought" the waiter said quickly "well don't! It's people like you that poison young girls minds with all this lgbtq+ shit" the mother shouted at the waiter "hey um, just get me a burger and a coke I will be back in a second" I said to my group as I was staring at the situation. I couldn't help myself I had to go over. I stood up and quickly made my way over to the table one the waiter left I looked at the young person and they where crying silently so I slid in next to them "hey are you okay?" I asked as I place my arm over the person. Once they realised it was me the jumped back and stared at me "omg!...you-your-you're toni! Omg!" They shouted/whispered I smiled at the person and nodded then I looked at the mother who was just watching me wide eyed "what's happening over here? I heard some homophobia? Was that right?" I asked the mother hopefully intimidating her a little she went bright red so I think it worked "no! No! No of course not I just don't want my daughter to be pushed into stuff that don't involve her" the mother said I looked down at the younger person "who are you?" I asked as I turned to face them fully "am Emily Jane, and I really like your music" they said I shook my head and held their hands "no! who are you? Who are you really? Who are you on the inside?" I pushed they looked at there mother then back at me I smiled and whipped away there tears "am Kai and I love your music" he said hesitantly I smiled at him and pulled him up "how about we go shopping and you can come to my show tonight, I think Kai deserves some better clothes that suite him right?" I said to the boy he smiled at me and nodded "excuse me you can't just take my daughter" the mother said angrily I laughed and looked around dramatically "what daughter? All I see is your son, that's weird I would love you meet her eventually" I said as I gave the mother my personal number "you can come pick your SON after my show tonight, then maybe you have a better opinion on your SON!" I said quite rudely to the woman she was just sat there in shock. I held kai's hand as we walked back to my table "I have never seen her so speechless in my life! Thank you!" Kai said happily I just laughed "hey guys this is Kai we are going to give him a confidence boost and he is going to come to my show tonight" everyone looked at Kai confused for a second then Cheryl was the first one to click on to the situation "hey Kai! Don't worry we will help you out" I smiled at Cheryl and she blushed. I think this keeping me and Cheryl secret is going to be a bit more difficult then expected.
