A Hero is born (Part 3)

(Just found every time I wrote Iron Fan it would autocorrect to Iron Fang so that's embarrassing 😭)

"That's a lot to take in" an intimidating figure said as Mk, Mei, and (Name) looked petrified. "You know what I do to people who disrupt the peace?.." The mysterious figure continued as (Name) chuckled nervously. "Serve 'em tea! You guys want some?" The big happy blue man said as he shoved the tea tray into everyone's faces. 'How could someone so big me so wholesome' (Name) thought as they smiled softly "Certain noodle shop owners could learn a lot from your hospitality, Sandy" Mr Tang said teasing Pigsy.

"Oh, you're right, Piggy. This guy is dangerous" Mei said as (Name) and Mk played with one of the cat. "He'll kill us with cuteness!" Mei shouted as she put a cat on Pigsy's head while Pigsy got angrier and angrier. "It's my own blend of anti stress fruits! It really brings the heart rate down" Sandy said but then Pigsy lost it and suddenly got in Sandy's face "Ugh! Sandy? What happened to you.. Where's the angry, glass chewing, fist-throwing buddy I used to know" Pigsy shouted in Sandy's face.

"Wait I'm sorry did you just say that he chewed glass" (Name) said as they cringed a the thought. "Oh, well, my therapist said I really needed to calm down" Sandy said as he pat Pigsy on the head while (Name) leaned into Mk while he smiled at their contact. "That's why I started drinking tea, doing yoga, and investing in therapy cats. Really helps" Sandy finished as Mo jumped on him. "Aw, don't you Mo?" Sandy said as Mo nuzzled into his face. 'Awww! He's so sweet it's adorable"

"Oh, Mister Sandy, sir? We could really use your help." Mei said as she got on her knees in front of Sandy "We've gotta get to Fwower Fwuit Mountain" She said as she pulled out her puppy dog eyes. Mk decided to join in to "Pwease? The fate of the world is at stake" he said also using his puppy eyes. (Name) chuckled at their friend's childish behavior. "Okay" Sandy said casually, "Really?" (Name) said as they looked confused by this. "Anything for Pigsy" Sandy said as Mei and Mk turned around and gasped. "I can get you there but it ain't a pleasant trip" Sandy said as Mei and Mk ran around with excitement while taking turns throwing (Name) like a ball to each other. 'This is fine' (Name) thought.

*Cut to after the launch sequence*

Mk was practicing twirling his staff while (Name) and Mei sat aside watching something on Mei's phone. "Hal, evil monster! I must thwart thee!" Mk shouted as he played with his staff despite (Name's) wishes for him not to. "For I am the Monkey Kin- UGH" Mk shouted as the staff shot out nearly hitting (Name) as they yelped in surprise. "Mk! You could have hit our cutie!" Mei said with a pout as she hugged a petrified (Name). "Ahh! Sorry (Name)" Mk said, he never wanted be the reason (Name) was hurt. "Sss okay" (Name) slurred out still traumatized from almost dying. He tried to pull the staff out of the wall he broke but it just bounced and hit his head. (Name) power walked towards Mk and tried to help him up. "You okay bestie?" (Name) said as Mk blushed as their faces were close to each other

Before he could reasoned he gasped and stood up head butting (Name) in the process. "We're here! Flower Fruit Mountain!" Mk said happily before a geyser shot up causing the boat started to shake and a crate fell out, after everyone settled down they got a good look at there surroundings to find themselves surrounded by geysers and volcanoes Welcome to the flaming mountains, gang!" Sandy said happily as he patted (Name) on the back for comfort. "A volcanic ring surrounds the mountain making it virtually impassable." Sandy said clearly taking it ay to casually. "Could have used a heads up buddy" (Name) said referring more to Mk than Sandy, they were still mad about the head butting incident and gave Mk a stink eye while Mk chuckled nervously with an almost apologetic look

(Quick note: Sandy isn't a love interest he's more of an older brother/uncle figure but if you guys want a oneshot book let me know0

"This path is the only safe way through. That's as close as the boat can get, just.. be careful" Sandy said as Mei, (Name), Mk, and Pigsy got off the bat and started walking. "Stupid Sandy, stupid Tang staying cozy in their stupid" Pigsy mumbled as (Name looked at him feeling sorry for their father figure. "What did I do to deserve this noodle gods!?" Pigsy cried out, he yelped as he almost got hit by a geyser. "You did a lot apparently" (Name) mumbled as they blocked out everyone's talking until they heard a chuckle. "Well.. well.. well. Aren't you a little monkey king fanboy?" Iron Fan said as she fired a fireball at the four but luckily they all dodged it. "Kids! Everyone okay?" Pigsy said filled with worry as he helped (Name) up. "I'll be taking that staff now" Iron Fan said as she locked gazes with (Name) "And the h/c one while we're at it, I think I now know why my son wanted to spare them" she finished.

Everyone gasped as Mei pulled (Name) behind her. "No way! (Name) doesn't belong to anyone and the staff belongs to Monkey King, there's no way I'd let you take them!" Mk said angrily, last thing he needed was (Name) on the target list
"Oh you're just a little noodle boy playing at being the hero" Iron Fan said in a mocking tone "Sorry to disappoint but playtime is over" she said as Mk went to strike "Mk!/Kid! No!" (Name) and Pigsy cried out. Iron Fan summoned the same gauntlet Redson used to free DBK and stopped Mk's attack with just her finger. "What" Mk said confused as Iron Fan grabbed the staff and quite literally blew him away. (Name) quickly and somehow grabbed onto their friend but unfortunately both took off flying. "No! (Name)! Mk!" Mei cried out as she tried to go after them but was pulled away by Pigsy despite her resistance.
