It had been a week since Jungkook was staying at the hospital. The payments were done by Tae himself, and Jungkook had gotten to know about Tae telling his parents about him, but sadly they were in another country due to work and won't be able to arrive soon, however, they scolded Tae and asked him to take care of their son's boyfriend better. Surprising though it was, it proved why Tae had expensive stuff, including a car and a motorbike to himself, his parents were rich enough.

Jungkook was adamant about not spending money on him, but seeing Tae's glares, he kept quiet.

Jungkook had asked, whether there was any news from his parents, but the elder refused to talk. The younger had been thinking about whether his parents were wondering where he went, or where he was. But, he couldn't simply voice out his views.

What he didn't know what the fact that Taehyung had already met his parents, according to his plan, everything was going well, and soon enough, he knew it'd all be alright for Jungkook.

...

Tae would be taking Jungkook to his private place, since he wanted the younger to stay with him, again part of the 'plan'.

Jungkook tried to tell him, he'll be alright, but then he agreed, knowing he had no chance of going back to his house. Maybe his parents had abandoned him.

Tae dressed the boy in his own hoodie, which came to be oversized for Jungkook, and shorts under it.

The plaster would be taken off next week, and his ribcage was still healing. The stitches around his leg and head had been taken off, but they were bandaged and he was strictly told to not walk at all.

Taehyung hung their bag over his shoulder, not before helping, more like putting Jungkook on the wheelchair.

The younger giggled to himself as he was strolled outside, towards the parking area, where Taehyung kept the bag inside the trunk of his car, and then picked Jungkook slowly up, in bridal style, helping the boy sit, more like lay down on the seat beside driver's, since Tae had already lowered it.

Jungkook wasn't supposed to sit straight.

'I feel like a small baby...'- Jungkook mumbled, to which Tae pecked his lips, smiling and ruffling his hair, before moving to the driver's seat.

He settled down, wore his belt, and once again, held Jungkook's free hand, keeping it on the gear, beneath his own palm, starting the engine.

Jungkook mumbled the lyrics of the song playing on the stereo, while Tae, stealing glances in between at him, began to drive towards his house.

...

'Whoa, you live here, hyungie?'- Jungkook asked with starry eyes making elder chuckle at him.

Tae had Jungkook on the wheelchair, while he had the bag on his shoulders, pushing Jungkook towards the entrance of the building where he lived.

The apartments were in the silent part of the city, and were quite exquisite too, with big flats, which meant a whole damn rent, but according to Tae, he had been given the apartment as a gift from his family, so he clearly owned it.

Taehyung was waiting for the elevator when it opened, and to both of their surprise, there stood Christine

'Oh hey V! I've been looking out for you, I wanted to tell you --'-she stopped when her gaze landed on Jungkook who awkwardly waved, mumbling a small 'hi'.

Tae saw how her expressions changed from surprise to anger to irritation, but when she noticed him staring, she smiled, and said 'hello!' to Jungkook.

'What is it?'- V asked, in his otherwise usual cold tone.

Jungkook looked up at him with a tilted head and Tae heard him mumble what seemed like, 'duality, sheesh~'. Tae had to mentally restrain himself from squeezing Jungkook's puffy cheeks, as the boy looked down at his hoodie and began to play with the strings.

'Uh, actually, there was something I needed to talk about, with you.'

'Say it.'

'Umm, in private Tae...'- she said, pushing back a strand of her hair, behind her ear and smiling at him.

Tae looked at Jungkook who was still playing with the strings, but he knew the younger was observant, and he knew Jungkook was clearly listening.

'Is it important?'

'Uh, very much. I've been waiting for you for the past few days actually. You weren't there in college for a week so...'

'Follow us then.'

He pushed the elevator button, and then pushed the trolley slowly inside, as Christine entered behind, and stood beside him.

Oh boy, the way she came closer to him, he sighed, and moved his hands to play with Jungkook's hair who released small giggles, and looked up at him, tilting his neck back, with a wide bunny smile, and this time, Tae actually did bend and pressed a peck on his lips, making Jungkook whine out of shyness, and wear the hood, pulling the strings so that his face was covered.

Tae shook his head, smiling to himself, but then looked at Christine who was clearly glaring holes in Jungkook's figure.

...

'Don't worry hyungie, I'm alright.'- Jungkook said as Tae softly placed him on the bed, and was settling cushions and pillows beneath Jungkook, and beside him.

'I know baby, just lay down, and try to sleep.'

Jungkook looked at him for a few seconds before nodding and laying down while closing his eyes.

Tae smiled, and bend to the boy's level, whispering in his ears,

'Don't worry, I'll let the door stay open, you can hear what she wants to say, and either way, I'm yours, darling, ~'

Jungkook grew red and once again pulled his hoodie up, to cover his face, whining.

'How can you know me that well?!'- he pouted.

Tae pressed a soft kiss on his forehead and mumbled, 'I care for you and that's supposed to include me knowing everything about you, even your thoughts.'

'I'm sure you're a vampire...ah! What if you bite me?'- Jungkook said, dramatically gasping and covering his mouth.

Tae actually leaned closer and bit his neck, making him laugh.

'Go go, you vampire hyungie!'

Tae shook his head, and covered Jungkook with a duvet, going out, not before winking at the boy, who turned slightly red. He didn't close the door, and let it stay open enough, for Jungkook to hear what Christine has had to say.

She was waiting outside itself, standing by the wall.

Once she saw Tae, she smiled.

'What is it?'

'Uh, V, actually, I've been meaning to say this for long enough but couldn't...and then something came in between. Actually...I like you a lot! I do, I've been liking you for a year already but never managed to say...so...umm, will you be my boyfriend?'
