So my uncle took his sons to a cabin they had.
One night his youngest son woke up to some strange noises, he looked up and saw a man in a trench coat standing at the end of his bed. His two older brothers woke up and saw the man also...the man stood there for a few minutes then...vanished...
My uncle checked all the doors and windows in the cabin to find out that they were all locked.
A few nights later he was in his house and heard noises coming from the bottom floor..My uncles room was upstairs. He looked down the stairwell and saw that a light was on and he could hear someone walking around..
My uncle lived on a farm and so his brother, who lived in the other house on the property would come over and get something in the middle of the night.... so my uncle, thinking of his brother, called his name to hear no answer.. he went downstairs to see no one was there.. this happened for a few nights, then stopped.
