When you did you invited him to hang out pro hero to pro hero. You put some drug that made him go to sleep. (made me feel like jeff the killer real quick.) When you finally got him back to your house you tied him in your basement ready for him to struggle. You heard yelling from your basement so you saw he was up. He was willing to be kidnaped by you.
