A ROARING NOISE INTERRUPTED the girl's sweet moment, reminding them of the situation they happen to be in.
"Liz!" Dustin shouted from below. "What's going on?" He asked.
"I don't know! I would tell you if Lucas let me borrow his stupid binoculars." Liz retorted prompting Lucas to roll his eyes. Slightly irritated that her moment with Max had been cut short.
"I've got eyes! Ten o'clock! Ten o'clock!" She yelled soon after spotting the creature.
"Wait. You sure that's not a dog?" Max asked, still unsure.
"What?" Liz turned to face her, a confused look on her face.
Soon, Liz and Max watched in horror as Steve exited the safety of the school bus. Max decided to climb down from the roof, Liz followed suit, not wanting to be left up there alone.
"What's he doing?" Max asked confused.
"Expanding the menu." Dustin explained, keeping his eyes glued to the window.
"He's insane." Max widened her eyes.
"Utterly." Liz stared worriedly at the high schooler.
"He's awesome." Dustin smiled.
"Steve watch out!" Lucas shouted from his new place on top of the bus, with his binoculars.
"A little busy here." Steve swung his bat back n forth.
"Steve!" Dustin worriedly shouted. "Steve! Abort! Abort!" He screamed, opening the door for him.
"Steve hurry!" Max shouted.
"Steve run!" Liz screamed in panic.
He soon sprinted into the bus, Dustin immediately closing the door behind him. Being that there was a Demogorgan close on Steve's tail.
"Are they rabid or something?!" Max panicked.
"They can't get in! They can't!" Lucas yelled, trying to assure himself.
Shortly after Lucas said that, a Demodog burst tried to get through, shaking the whole bus. Steve immediately starting hitting it with his bat.
"Is anyone there? Mike? Will?" Dustin shouted into his supercom.
"Why is nobody around there days!" Liz screamed, terrified of what will happen.
"We're at the old junkyard, and we are going to die." Dustin screamed.
"Oh my gosh do not say that! My life just started getting good." Liz prayed they would all make it out alive.
Then Max noticed a noise on top of the roof. Claws poking through the top of the bus. It crawled over to the opening Max was conveniently standing directly under. It growled suddenly, emitting an ear piercing scream out of Max.
