SUDDENLY HOPPER BURST THROUGH Joyce's door. He immediately grabbed a piece of paper as well as a pen and moved everything off of the table to write down something.
"What happend?" Dustin quickly questioned.
"I think he's talking just not with words." Hopper stated as the kids begin to surround the table he sat at.
He began to write what looked to be Morse code onto an opened envelope.
"What is that?" Steve asked, confused at the lines and dots.
"Morse code." All the children said in unison.
"H-E-R-E." Hopper spelled out.
"Here." The children spoke in unison again.
"Will's still in there. He's talking to us." Hopper says breathing heavily.
They devised a plan to make Will feel more like himself so they could get more words out of him.
Hopper would give the codes to the children and they would decipher the letter and shout it over to Nancy to write it down.
"Close gate." They all read once Hopper was done.
Suddenly the phone rang. Liz grabbed onto Max's hand. Max rubbed her hand with her thumb in return.
They all knew that Will would recognize where he was as soon as he heard that phone.
"Shit. Shit." Dustin yelled as he went over to hang up the phone. It rang again. Nancy took matters into her own hands and tore the phone off of the wall.
"Do you think he heard that?" Max asked worriedly.
"It's just a phone. It could be anywhere. Right?" Steve asked.
They heard screeching. Coming from outside of the house. They all gathered near the window to see what it was.
Liz nervously touched her lip with her free hand. Which was common for her when she was stressed or nervous.
"That's not good." Dustin said with a shaky voice.
They were sitting on the couch near the windows but Hopper reprimanded them, telling them to get away from the windows.
"Do you know how to use this?" Hopper asked Jonathan, holding up a gun.
"What?" He asked confused.
"Can you use this?" Hopper stressed.
"I can." Nancy spoke confidently, reaching for the weapon.
"She's a badass." Liz moved a piece of Max's hair to the side to whisper in her ear.
Max giggled a bit, but soon realized the situation they were in and clung onto the brunette's hand.
"Where are they?" Max spoke with a shaky voice.
