I walk downstairs to see my two eldest daughters playing on my PlayStation. Rude.
I look to the other side and see Rose making dinner with our youngest on her hip.
We have 7 kids. Malakai and Mazikeen, Alexander, August and Asher, Theodore, and Milo.
Kai and Maze will celebrate their 17th birthday in a few weeks, Alexander just turned 14, August and Asher are 10, Theo is 8, and Milo is 2.
I walk behind the love of my life and hug her from behind.
"Daddy!" Milo screeched. He reaches for me and I take him in my arms.
"Hello, Milo," I say with a smile on my face. "What are you making Principessa?" I ask her.
"Eggs in purgatorio." She says and purees the sauce in the pan. (Eggs in a sauce.)
"Hmm, that's good..." I say kissing the top of her head. She nods and I go with my boy to see what my other offspring are doing.
First I walk into Alex's room. "Watcha doing?" I ask him seeing him paint.
"Killing a Bambie." He says with no emotion.
"What the fuck..." I ask walking further into his room and looking at the painting. "Is that Josh?" I ask.
"Yeah, I want to give it to him for his birthday..." He says continuing to paint his boyfriend. Yep, my little boy has a boyfriend.
I leave his room after kissing his head and closing the door behind me because I'm a reasonable human being.
I then walk to August and Asher's room. I knock on the door and only come in when told to.
Alexa's door was open but I know he likes it closed.
I open the twin's door, "who left Alex's door open?" I ask the two trouble makers.
They both point at the other. "Whoever tells me the truth won't have to clean the dishes," I say and August immediately points to Asher.
I nod and walk out of the room not closing the door and giving them a taste of their own medicine.
I then walk to the game room, knowing I'll find Theo there. "Hey, buddy," I say.
"Buddy!" Milo repeats. I and Theo laugh at his cute pronunciation around the pacifier. So he said Buddy but it sounded more like 'Buffy'.
"Hey, mama." He says getting up to hug me. See, that's a nice boy.
"So Kai and Maze are hogging my PlayStation. Wanna go annoy them?" I ask him. Yes, I'm a child. No, Rose doesn't hate it... Anymore.
"Let's shut down the ps while they're playing." He says. Damn, he's his mother's child.
I nod and we walk down to the girl's quiet. We see Rose and Asher getting the table ready. I put my finger to my lip and they nod.
Theo goes to turn off the ps and I stand behind them with Milo ready for a drop. The second he turns it off and their faces turn to him I drop Milo onto their lap.
Milo says what I told him to say in the cutest voice ever. "Stop playing whiff daddy's games." He says and I just smile at him and give him a high five.
"Great job Tarzan," I say to him and point to Theo to go help his mother. I tell Kai to take care of her brother while I go and get my other two sons.

"So how's the food," Rose asks as she helps Milo eat.
"Amazing as always Principessa," I say and kiss her head. She smiles at me and all our other kids say the same.
"Can I start with the one good thing that happened this week?" Kai asks. We nod and she takes a deep breath. "I asked Emma out... And she said yes..." She says with a deep blush. Emma is a girl Kai has a mega huge crush on.
"That's an amazing baby!" Rose says smiling at her daughter.
"Mhm, that's great, I'm happy for you Kai," I say and give her a proud smile.
"Ok, my turn!" Maze yells. "I have been asked out on a date, by no other than Ari!!" She says happily. Ari is a girl in her class that has been flirting with her for about a week. Kai looks at Maze with a loving look. She's happy her sister is happy.
"That's amazing! We have to go dress shopping!" Rose says happily jumping on her sit.
Maze is the more feminine twin, and Kai is the masculine one. She is training with me 3-4 times a week. And Maze trains with her mother.
"My turn..." Alex whispers. "I almost finished the painting I'm making for Josh." He says quietly. As you may have noticed, he's the quiet one. He likes being in his room painting with nice slow and quiet music.
"That's great honey, when is his birthday?" I ask him.
"Next week." He says once again quitely. Rose also shows him how proud she is.
"My turn," August says. "I passed my math test." He says. We all cheer him up.
"I got an A+ on my English exam," Asher says and we tell him good job.
Theo looks lost in thought. "Thoe? You there?" I ask waving my hand in his face.
"Huh?" He asks looking around.
"You turn baby. " I say to him. He nods.
"Umm, I have a new friend." He says. I know how hard it is for him to make friends.
"That's great Theo. I'm happy for you." I say reassuringly.
"What about you Milo?" Rose asks.
"Eggie!" He exclaimed and we all burst out laughing.
We finish dinner and load up the dishwasher.
At midnight I go round up the older kids. I send them all to sleep. And once I get to Alex's room, I knock first and come in when allowed.
I see him in an oversized hoodie, shorts, hair up and glasses on. "Go to sleep Alex it's already midnight," I say to him. He nods and gives me a hug goodnight.
And I go back to my room, to my wife.
