We buy 3 tests to be accurate. I get in the bathroom and pee into a little cup and put the three tests in it and then pour the pee into the toilet and flush.
"Now we wait 5 seconds." O say walking out after washing my hands. Maria is sitting on the bed waiting for me to sit next to her but I sit on her lap.
"I hope you're pregnant." She says kissing my head.
"Me too," I say. I would also love to marry her. We're meant for each other and that's obvious, anyone can see it.
The timer goes off and Maria goes to check the tests. After a few seconds, she doesn't come back so I go to her.
I see her smiling at the tests with tears in her eyes. I look at the tests and softly whisper "we're going to be parents babe." Hugging her side.
"We're going to be the best parents." She says picking me up and hugging me into her chest.
"Yeah, we are." I hum laying my head on her neck. The ringing of my phone stops us from talking.
She lets me down and I walk to it. "Hey, mama!" I answer her call.
"Hey baby, how are you?" She asks as Maria hugs me from behind.
"I'm great, were great," I say turning around in Maria's arms she picks me up and sits on the bed with me in her lap.
"That's great! I just wanted to check on you because you're period should be here." She says.
"Yeah, it's late," I say smiling.
"Yay! I'm going to be a Nona!" She says happily.
"Just don't tell anyone ok. We just took tests it's positive." I say.
"Ok, I'll keep it quiet but tell your papa." She says.
"Ok Mama, take care I love you," I say laughing.
"Ok honey, you too. I love you more!" She Sings as she hangs up.

It's been a few weeks and Maria has been extremely busy with work... Or I think work. She's always saying that we can't be together because she has work to do and she ignores my texts a lot.
I don't want to assume but the only thing that I can come up with is that she's cheating...
Today though, she comes to my house and has been trying to get me to go on a date with her.
"Baby, I promise I'm not cheating, I've been lying yes, but not cheating. I wasn't busy with work, I've been busy organising something for us just please come with me." She begs.
I sigh and get out of bed going to the shower. I clean up and put on a mini flower dress and sandals.
In a bag, I put my phone, ID, and lipstick. I walk out of my room to the living room Maria is sitting on the couch next to my papa watching the game with him.
"I'm ready." I sigh. Maria's head snaps to me and she gets up to hug me.
I let her hug me but don't hug her back. We walk to her car and I sit in the passenger seat and pull my knees to my chest looking out of the window.
"Baby, I know you're mad at me but please trust me. I promise I didn't cheat. I would never. Here you can check my phone if you want." She says.
I take her phone from her hand and look through it. I look through the messages, I see many messages from her to my mama.
Maria: How is she?
Mrs DeLuca: Not good... I think you should do it earlier than planned.
Maria: Ok. Today.
That was the last text that went between the two.
I then go to her bank app and see that she made an account at a jewellery store for 25k. I wonder what she bought...
Next, I go to the notes, I see nothing. She doesn't use notes... Is she a psychopath? Who doesn't use the notes app?
After I go through the phone I give it back to her more relaxed. "I love you, baby girl." She says with her hand on the armrest.
I take her hand and put it on my thigh loving the feeling of her skin on mine.
"We're here." She says, she gets out and helps me hop out of the car.
She puts a blindfold on me and walks me somewhere. I can smell seawater but that's pretty much it.
She stops walking and I can hear her shuffling around. "Take it off, baby." She says. I take the cloth off and get blinded by the lights.
Once my eyes get used to the light I look around where we are. We are in fact on a beach, I see fairy lights around. I look down to where Maria kneels and tears fill my eyes.
She smiles at me and pulls a maroon box out of her back pocket. She starts making a speech. "Baby, you are the love of my life and you'll always be. I'll never break your heart and I wish to live the rest of my life waking up to you laying on me and going to sleep with you wrapped up in my arms. I want to have you in my arms every day and watch Disney movies with you every Friday night, I want to spend the mornings cuddling with you and talk about whatever comes to our mind, I know you are my forever and I don't know what I would do if you would've said no to going on a date with me that day. I would probably still be trying to get you to go on a date with me and fall more and more in love with you. I want to be with you forever and ever, I want to protect you from harm and be there for you when you need a shoulder to cry on, I want to be there for you and our kid, but I will only do that if you agree to make me the happiest woman alive, will you, Rose DeLuca marry me?" She finishes her speech by opening the box and showing the beautiful ring she got...
