Chapter 1

The Drake family are like peas in a pod, it's always been just the three of them. Their father left them and hasn't been in sight since they were little.

Natalie Drake went to Harvard right after she finished her senior year. She got a law degree and studied, and she became one of the most successful lawyers when her and her children moved to Beverly Hills. Natalie started working on similar cases with another one of Beverly's successful lawyers, Laura Baker. They worked together for a couple months and became very close friends during the times they spent. With that, when Natalie's dad got really sick, she left Beverly leaving her kids at the Baker's house and went to see him. She only wanted to sit next to him and spend time with him, with the moments he had left. However, when the time came and he passed, she resigned from being a lawyer and became a stay at home mum.

Behind the scenes of Natalie Drake being a lawyer was her overprotective self when it came to her two kids. She has always been running around to make sure that nothing got in her kids way and to ensure they'll both have a successful future. Whether it was extra classes for school, tutoring lessons or personal and private lessons for the sport they do.

Camilla Drake is one of the most prettiest girls in her grade. Not only was she miss popular in school but she was mostly popular for how loving, polite, selfless and soft spoken she is. She speaks what's on her mind all the time, has good and funny sense of humour, respectful to the people around her and always knows what to say. Cami keeps her friend group somewhat "small" but also has many other groups around the school. Her best friends are Layla Keating, Jordan and Spencer James. The girl is also apart of the school swim team, she has practice every Tuesday to Thursday and competes on Friday's. Swimming is one of Camilla's passions since she was a young girl. She wants to go to UCLA for college with her brother and to also still compete for swimming but she also wants to go to New York University, which Isaac does not know about yet.

Isaac Drake is Camilla's twin brother.His apart of the Beverly High Eagles football team, running those school hallways alongside his three closest friends, Jordan Baker, the captain of the team. Asher Adams, the receiver and JJ Parker as the line backer. Isaac can be sweet but also very brutally honest. I mean, if you ask him for the truth he will never be one to hold back. He has a funny sense of humour and always cracks jokes even in the wrong situations.. but you always want him to be around. Being apart of the football team you also have to keep your grades up for class including homework, he could honestly care less about it, always getting other people in his senior year to do it for him but when it's time for exams his head is often in his books. It's always been a deal with his sister that they'll go to UCLA, he still wants to play footy and be with his friends hopefully.

Isaac and Camilla's sibling relationship has always been tight and strong, the two have obviously had some heated arguments here and there but it won't go on for more than a day. They often make up after a few hours or the next morning they wake up. They both share every thoughts and feelings they have including who they've got eyes on. The two did grow up together not leaving each other's side. Never leaving each other, I mean it. They spend everyday together, not one day have they had apart.

The Drake family love spending time with each other, they always find a way to make time for one another even after having a long busy day at sport or with school. Natalie is out of Beverly again interviewing for a job in Utah, leaving the children at home or them sometimes going to the Baker's house.

The Baker's and Drake's have always been close. Billy Baker was like a father figure the Drake siblings never had, he always include them in family talks and outings as if they were one of them. He has 'father and son' talks with Isaac, teaches him more about football, gives him the father pep talk with Jordan before their footy game and always puts a smile on both of their faces. He also gives Cami some advice when she looks like she needs someone. Everyone knows Isaac and Jordan are the best of friends and often go sit or pull Cami's arm to come join them so she's not alone on the couch.

Olivia Baker. Jordan's twin sister. She often stays locked up in her room since the whole overdose and rehab incident, only coming down when it's urgent with people over. Her and Cami had a big fallout a few months ago and haven't spoken since, even when she came back from rehab. Both girls are very different, one going through depression, always serious and always wanting to speak off her chest and wanting Camilla to do so as well. While Cami, likes to keep her personal problems and feelings to herself and likes to live in the moment, feeling free as if it's her last day.

Jordan and Isaac try to spend an equal amount of time with both girls when they're all together but they find it more difficult then easy. Isaac likes to stick by his sisters side no matter the reason and knows the argument she had with Olivia, which was about their father. Although, Jordan cares about both girls and would do anything to keep a smile on their faces. However, he wasn't going to do anything dumb as he loved his bond with Cami and respects her decision even if it was his sister.

That is the introduction of the Drake family and getting to know them personally and their bonds with the Baker's.
