Missing Malfoy (ON HOLD)

Chapter 10

*Birthday matching outfits*

3rd Person POV:

Over the following two years of Parker and Draco's lives were spent together. Their bond never wavered, always standing strong. The day before their tenth birthday, seven months after being reunited, is when the two sets of parents sat the boys down and told them that they are twins. Of course, Draco knew they were twins before meeting but he hadn't heard the full story of how everything happened.

Lucius' POV:

"A lot of people that we lived around did not like our family. Most of them supported a man that claims to only do things for the 'greater good' but was a terrible person that did anything to make sure that everything went his way. We on the other hand stood with a different man who was accused of doing horrible things to many people but was the real good guy. The bad guy, Albus, along with his most loyal followers raided our home and kidnapped our oldest son, Poseidon Regulus Malfoy, from the crib he shared with his twin Draco. They were going to take both boys, one of Albus' followers would take one twin while another follower took the other, leaving us with no heir, but we got to the room before the second kidnapper got away, saving Draco. We spent years looking for our missing son and since we were one of the most loyal supporters of Tom, yes, the same Tom you have met multiple times and call uncle, he ordered multiple search parties to try to find Poseidon. Poseidon and Tom had a great relationship from the day he was born since we named Tom his godfather. It wasn't until seven months ago that we got any leads on where he went. We found out that Albus put him in an orphanage under a different name. He was adopted by a young couple who took care of him and gave him a great life." I explained to everyone but mostly Draco and Parker.

Since Parker is an extremely smart child he easily found out that we showed up here shortly after finding out what happened to our son. Daniel and Stacy also told us that Parker knew he was adopted. Add on the fact that he and Tom took an instant liking to each other was just icing on the cake. So, those facts together made him look at us adults with wide eyes. "Are you guys saying that I'm not Parker Ambrose James but really Poseidon Regulus Malfoy? And that Draco and I are twins?" Our oldest son questioned. All Narcissa and I could do was nod our heads to conform. "That explains a lot." Was all he said. Us four adults just look at each other not knowing what he meant. "What do you mean?" I ask him.

"The first time we met in the parking lot of the ice rink. When I walked into the building and you guys were still outside. My chest was hurting and I was leaning on a wall right on the inside of the door when out of nowhere all the noise around me went fuzzy and the only thing I could hear clearly was Draco screaming 'Poseidon'. When he yelled that I was suddenly outside hugging him. Since then I have wanted Draco to stay close to me. Plus, my team mates and people at school say Draco and I look alike. Some even get us confused with each other." Parker said followed up by a small laugh at the end that leads to everyone else laughing too. "Does this mean you are okay with this?" I asked him. He seemed happy but you can never be too sure. "Does this mean I have two sets of parents?" Poseidon questioned. Narcissa and I said yes, he would have two sets of parents and that we wouldn't take him away for Daniel and Stacy. "Then yes I love it! I have two moms, two dads, and a twin brother. That's amazing!" Poseidon yelled out happily before he jumped onto Draco and they both wrapped around each other like koalas while laughing uncontrollably.

The next day was the first time that Draco and Poseidon had ever celebrated a birthday together. Even though Daniel and Stacy didn't experience the same things that Narcissa and Lucius had over the last ten years, but that didn't change the fact that all four parents shed a tear or two watching the twins blow out the candles and open presents together. Daniel and Stacy had realized that something, or rather someone, was missing all these years. It was if everyone, children and adult, realized the same thing that day. All the adults had only known "Parker" and only recently got to know of Draco but still didn't know that they were twins until the birthday party.

The next weekend following the birthday party was when Poseidon was officially told about being a wizard. At first, he was obviously shocked and didn't believe it at first, believing it to be a trick. That was until Lucius asked him if there was ever something he made happen when he was having strong emotions. Once Poseidon had thought about it, he had realized that Lucius was right. He had done things that he didn't know how, funny things, but still unexplained things.

Following that day, Poseidon and Draco, side by side, learned magic. Lessons included potions, defense against the dark arts, transfiguration, charms, history of magic, astronomy, herbology, etiquette, politics, and in their free time Draco taught Poseidon how to fly on a broom. Even with both boys going to muggle school they caught on quick with their magic studies and were ahead of schedule. The two sets of parents complimented each other well at this point. The Malfoy parents pushed the boys to excel at everything while the James' made sure the boys had time for fun and to just be kids. The schedule worked well and both boys loved getting home after school and learning about subjects they actually took interest in.
