HEY HEY HEY!!!! WHAT?!?! I UPDATED! The travesty! YES YES YES, I finally updated, thank god. This chapter is SUPER long so I hope you enjoy. It's Missariene's official first day of Hogwarts so let's see what unlucky, I mean, lucky things happens to her. ;)
September 2, 2018-
My day started off at a bad start due to my nightmare, I actually woke up five minutes after five o'clock; it kind of meant as a bad omen for me. You know how many people are superstitious about some things (such as good luck charms), In such a way, I believe doing things at its own time, when something I do daily happens at a different time then usual, I feel at unease. Sara would call me OCD due to my obsession of being "by the clock", but I believe that if I do daily things the same way, at the same time, then life could never betray me, as it would be going to my plan. I don't like being overtaken from my control in life, bad things always happen at such times, and today's lateness is a foreshadowing of the rest of the day. I shrugged off my superstitions and continued with my morning routine. Sneaking out of the No House dorms was easy enough, finding a place to do my workout at, was the issue. I took my M.A.G.I.C. and found a map of Hogwarts through the help of Sophie. I did my workout throughout the entire school grounds, for example: I did my yoga at the Clock Courtyard, my strength exercises and dancing at the Entrance Courtyard, etc. This way, I also got my running done. Classes started at eight so I had to shorten my time for my workout. My first class was Charms with the Ravenclaws, of which Professor Longbottom will be teaching. When I finished with my exercise, I ran back to the dorm before the girls could notice my absence. Thankfully, they were still asleep. I breathed a sigh of relief and entered the washroom to take a shower. By the time I got out of the shower, the girls had woken up.
"I'm never going to get used to waking up at 7:30! I won't be able to have enough sleep or time to get ready. Why can't classes start at 12?!" Complained Fern.
"Fern, we have to be in the class in a half-hour. You should get off of your bed and change into your uniform before we're late. Rose told me that the Charms professor is really mean, if we're late, he might give us detention in the dungeons!" Exclaimed Mionly. Fern looked skeptical but got out of bed anyways. She went to her closet and opened the door. As soon as she did, she let out a loud gasp.
"Oh my god... Oh my GOD!" she shrieked, jumping up and down. "Guys, look at this!" She showed us what she was holding; it was her uniform. "Our uniforms have gotten their color coats, its black and purple!" Mionly gave a slight gasp when she saw the clothing. "I can't believe it! I seriously need to thank the person who thought of No House because if they hadn't, the color coat wouldn't be purple and black and I wouldn't be able to wear my two favorite colors which by the way look gorgeous as a design. I mean, just look at the cute intricate patterns of the colors and the lace! Oh my god, the lace!" She just kept on admiring the whole outfit and failed to stop talking, not even once. Fern is fan-girling on an outfit. Mionly managed to somehow calm her down and get her ready for class. When we were ready, we walked to the Charms room and while we were doing so, we talked.
"Have you read any books on Charms yet?" I asked.
"No way! Reading books on my free-time happens as often as I study for a test, which is never." Replied Fern.
"My father says that I should never stress myself with material I don't know, when it will be taught to me in an understanding way later on. He says that everything has it's own time and rushing to learn something when your not interested is bad." Said Mionly.
"So you haven't read any books on Charms?" asked Fern.
"No."
"That's all we needed to hear. Anyways, what does your father have to do with your book?" questioned Fern.
