Let's play a game of hide and seek
You'll count first, try not to peek
I'll find a spot and I promise not to move
But only if you promise to find me

Let's play a game of tag
You have to catch me, we'll need a rag
I'll run slow and I promise not to speed
But only if you promise you'll catch me

You suggested the quiet game
I know what you mean, I know the aim
I'll zip my mouth and I promise to lock it with a key
But only if you promise that you'll love me again

I cry a lot but maybe I should laugh
I don't remember who you are, my head is split in half
I'll think real hard and I promise to give it my all
But I need you to promise that you're real
