"She's here" I quietly gasped. I knew who I was afraid of and I knew why. "Skylar, what the hell is going on?" Now she was panicking just as much as I was, but she was also serious. That was one of the best qualities in her. "You know what I'm talking about. She is here" I cried. "Sky you need to calm down. Tell me what is going on, nice and slow okay" she scolded me for my panicking. I nodded and relaxed as much as possible. "I was walking back to the room and I saw someone with really familiar hair. Well, I saw the hair. So I followed them and it lead to the door at the end of the hall; the one that nobody goes near. Yeah and that's not the worst part of the situation. Instead of running into it and just saying I was seeing things; I noticed that the door was being held open by a small bouncy ball. You know the ones that you get in machines. Anyways, when I made it to the end of the hall, I felt like I was being watched, then the door slammed shut" I said this information better than I was breathing.

Chelsea was just staring at me with obvious anger in her eyes. "Okay, so I need to figure out a quicker and better way to get us the hell out of here" she said before she began to speak out her easy plan. "All we had to do was get a hold of nurses ID, that's how we unlock the room nurses lodge and get through the window."

I thought her plan was pretty risky. It was impressive though, well for the thirty seconds it took her to come up with it. "Okay, well we can talk about it later. Right now its dinner and we are going to sit by Paris and Michael" I quickly informed her.

I got up and headed to the door, Chelsea following me as if she was a little duckling. When I opened it, I ran into someone. It was like all of the bad memories of my childhood had risen from the grave. The anger, hate, and sadness all bottled up, blew up. I then realized how much fear I had inside of me. The tall blonde looked down at me with a smirk. She obviously saw the fear in my eyes.

"Hello Sky. I haven't seen the little face of you in forever. I wonder why? Oh yeah, you're a psycho."

This was my other cousin, Lana. She was obviously sent by my aunt figuring that she sends Lana to do all of her dirty work. Lana will do absolutely anything for my aunt because it gets her money and a car. This always angered me because Lana would always act like she was the child of god; everyone has to worship her. I stared at her with hate in my eyes. "Darling, why are you being so quiet? I heard you loud and clear in there a second ago" she giggled while I growled under my breath. "What the hell are you doing here, you psychotic bitch" Chelsea stood behind me. The tension was suffocating as Chelsea balled her fist up as if she wanted to preform her own plastic procedure on Lana. "Awe look, it's my little cousins friend" she grinned when I winced. "Your friend is a freak that deserves to die!" Chelsea looked hurt but maintained a strong appearance.

"Awe, little freak got her feelings hurt" Lana taunted. Chelsea just glared at her. "Oh, don't get too mad! You're trying to keep your food down" Lana cackled. I, on the other hand, was caught and there was no point in acting like I was an obedient, innocent girl. I just snapped. "Why are you here" I snarled. "Oh there's the little brat I know. Well I was struggling with heroin so my beloved aunt helped me out by putting me here." I hated her on so many levels. Chelsea chuckled at her explanation. "You are truly a psyco." She obviously knew that Lana was not a heroin addict. Lana was always clean, but since they tested her so she was able to get in here, she must have done some so that when they tested her, she could be registered.

"Well I must be going" Lana chimed as she turned and skipped to the end of the hall. From this point she just turned around and her voice got very low as she mumbled "watch your back." Since I knew the meaning behind those words, I was freaked out and ran to the facility garden to have a panic attack. It was in a large room that had walls of glass and a screened in roof so that no one could get out. I was sitting on a bench that was facing the glass doors of the facility. How is this happening to me? I mean come on, I have been here a whole year and everything has just been fine. Now all of a sudden this happens?

There was a weird shuffling sound that came from the halls. I looked up to see a person dressed in black fighting with Michael. Paris was trying to get the boy off of Michael. It looked like he was winning the fight. I then saw something that made my stomach drop. A knife was shoved into the stomach of Michael. Paris let go of the boy and just stopped moving, almost like she stopped breathing. Then her true reaction to the bloody incident was introduced to the world. She dropped on her knees as the boy ran down the halls and let the most blood curdling scream I had ever heard.

The caretakers came running shortly after. Cheyanne, being one of our favorite, stopped in her tracks while the others called for help and put pressure on the wound in Michael's stomach. She walked over to Paris and wrapped her arms around her. "It's okay" Cheyanne cooed before Paris finally broke down. "Why would - somebody do that" she sobbed into Cheyanne's shoulder. I stood next to the two girls before moving over to Michael. He was slowly slipping and I had to remind myself that there was always hope in life. I knew deep down though, the amount of blood pouring out of him at a quick rate, he had little hope. Then we had the problem with the hospital being hours away. That's why Cheyanne stopped. She knew that he wasn't very hopeful. I was crying and Chelsea was holding on to me rubbing my back and whispering in my ear. "It's okay", "He will be fine", "Everything's going to work out", and "Remember, we are being watched carefully." Chelsea's hopeful and warning words flowing out from between her lips quietly as medics arrived and pushed us out of the way and flew Michael out on life flight.

Everyone was waiting on Paris to return from the hospital. The clinic had allowed Cheyanne to give Parisa ride to the hospital to be with Michael. Me, Chelsea, and a few of Michaels friends looked up when Paris walked into the room with hope in our eyes. "He was in emergency surgery when I left. They said that there was a good chance that he would end up-" she started to tear up "in a coma! Michael is going to be in a coma! I love him too much to lose him" she was sobbing greatly by this point. I stood up quickly and walked over to her. I looked into her eyes and mouthed the words 'I am so sorry' to her before I pulled her into a huge hug. This was my favorite cousin that was crying her eyes out because she may lose someone who she loves greatly. Chelsea had warned me this could have something to do with your aunt. She is like my sister and I am willing to do anything to make her happy.

"I want to go to my room. I need some sleep and alone time" Paris requested.

I let her go and watched her disappear down the hall. Even the nurses watched her leave instead of grabbing her or escorting her to make sure she doesn't do anything extreme. One of them was even crying slightly "that poor girl" before turning and walking slowly away with the other nurses. Everyone else did the same thing; just turned and went to their rooms. Shows over I guess. Chelsea and I went to my room and went to bed.

Finally, when we were back in the room getting ready for bed, Chelsea spoke up. "I don't want to die." I looked up shocked at what Chelsea had just said. "What are you talking about? You are not going to die. I'm here and I won't let anything happen to you" I promised her. "I'm sure Paris would have said the same thing to Michael." I froze when she said that. She didn't mean to say that, she knows I will; she's just in the moment. I could tell that she was crying. "He will be fine. He is going to wake up from surgery and the first person to hear about it is going to be Paris" I said before I got under the several blankets that had been spread around the floor for me and Chelsea.

A few hours after we had fallen asleep, I woke up with strong anxiety. I slowly uncovered myself and slipped away from Chelsea to go to the bathroom. When I walked into the bathroom, I shut the door behind me and switched the light on. As soon as I turned around, I saw it; a note on the counter.

Dear Sky,
Yes I was in your room, and yes I plan to destroy you little by little. So I took a little trip to the hospital and decided to tell you that I will be finishing Michael. The little freak has scabs and scars all up his arm. He deserves death anyways. I have a little task for you. And yes you have to do it. I mean you don't HAVE to; but unless you want to walk into a room with your pathetic friend Chelsea's body hanging from the ceiling, I suggest you do what I say. Anyways, I have no tolerance. You either do what I say, or your friends will most likely die one by one. So here's what you have to do...
