I'm currently walking towards the Z company. Sobrang labag sa kalooban ko ang ginagawa ko.
"Where's Mr. Drake Zacherous room?" I asked the receptionist.
"May appointment po ba kayo, ma'am?" kumunot ang noo ko.
"Just tell him that I'm looking for him, Lisha Luxurious. " nag-alangan pa ito kung susunod ba siya sa utos ko o ano.
Ilang sandali pa ay nakita ko na si Drake papalapit sa'kin. He looked shocked. I mentally rolled my eyes.
Tumikhim muna ito bago nagsalita.
"Do you need something?" I arched my brow. Wrong move! Aurgh!
"Your father birthday is coming right?" his face seems confuse but at the end he nodded answering my question.
"I want you to be pair with me that time." his eyes widened in shocked.
"Drake!" tawag ko nang ilang segundo siyang hindi nag-salita.
"A-are you asking me to date you in father's birthday?" I immediately nodded. Ayaw ko na magpaligoy-ligoy dahil doon rin naman patungo.
"S-sure." I nodded and turned my back, pero bago pa man ako makatalikod talaga ay hinablot niya ang braso ko.
"What?" my brow is now fully arched.
"C-can I ask for your number? I m-mean I need to t-text you for me to f-fetch you." he bit his lower lip and I can't help myself to look at those attractive lips. Napansin niya atang naka-tingin ako sa kaniya kaya agad akong tumikhim. What the hell Lisha?
"Phone." I extended my hand on him and when he put his phone on my hand I immediately type my number and call it and end it immediately.
"That's all?" I asked he nodded so I immediately turned my back.
"Heyow!" bati sa'kin ni Red na siyang inirapan ko lang kaya napasimangot siya.
"Taray natin, dude ah?" hindi ko na siya pinansin at nag-lakad patungo sa training room.
Maraming tao-han ko ang nandito ngayon for a training. Busy silang lahat sa kani-kanilang ginagawa. I can't help but to be proud at them. They're so obedient and—
"Miss L." tawag sa'kin ni Andrew. I just nodded at him and let him talk.
"The meeting is about to start." I nodded once again and walk towards our meeting room. They're patiently waiting for me.
Umupo ako sa pinaka-unahan, they all greeted me but I only gave them a simple nod. What's the point of greeting back by the way? I mentally rolled my eyes.
"Informations?" I hissed the 's'. And with that the meeting started. We discussed about our strategy and after that the meeting is dismissed.
"Lis—" I cutted Zeddrick off.
"Miss L." diin ko sa sariling pangalan. Baka may maka-rinig. Tumikhim muna ito bago nag-salita.
"My girlfriend wants to meet you." I nodded at him without saying a word.
"I'll just text her when I'm free. I have a lot of things to do." that was my last word before leaving the place.
I yawned as I stare at the bunch of paper. Marami na nga akong ginagawa dumagdag pa 'to. My father is still on the vacation kaya ang mga trabahong naiwan niya ay sa'kin mapupunta.
It's fine with me, though. Kailangan ni daddy ng pahinga. He deserves it. My dad deserves everything that is good to him. Especially my mom.
A sad smile appeared on my face nang maalala ko si mama.
"I miss you mom." I whispered in the air. I stood up and fix my self. Hindi na ako nag-abala pang mag-palit nang damit at dumiretso na'ko sa sementeryo kung saan naka-lagay ang puntod nila ni mama. Yes you read it right. Nila.
Ang puntod ni mama at ng kapatid ko. I didn't know about this. I really forgot about everything in my childhood ngayon lang nag-balik ang mga ala-ala ko noon. At halos mabaliw na ako noon dahil sa mga ala-alang nagsisibalikan.
My little brother died because of...me.
Flashback
Third person point of view
Masayang naglalaro ang magkapatid na nagngangalang Lisha at Liam. They seems so happy. Halos kaiinggitan sila ng mga pinsan nila hindi lang dahil sa kayamanan nila kundi sa pagiging masaya ng pamilya nila.
"Ate! I want to be a superhero like superman! I want to help everyone who needs my help." nakangiting sabi ng batang nangangalang Liam sa kaniyang ate na si Lisha.
"Tutulungan ka ni ate Liam! Don't worry! Sabay nating pupuksain ang mga masasamang tao. We're going to help the world together." they both sighed because of the excitement.
"I can't wait to grow up, Ate." inaantok na wika ni Liam at sumandal sa puno at natulog.
"Ate! Ate! Wake up!" kinusot nang batang Lisha ang kaniyang mata at napatingin sa kapatid niya.
"Let's play outside!" agad namang nagningning ang mga mata nilang dalawa nang sumang-ayon ang kaniyang kapatid.
Lisha and Liam was happily playing outside, hindi nila namalayan na napapalayo na sila sa kanilang tahanan.
Nagulat na lamang ang dalawa nang biglang may van na tumigil sa harap nila at tinutukan sila ng baril.
Lisha screamed when the man with black mask pointed the gun on her. Agad namang na-alerto si Liam at bago pa man tuluyang dumupo ang bala kay Lisha ay nasalo na ito ni Liam. The van disappeared infront of them.
Umiiyak na lumapit si Lisha sa kaniyang kapatid.
"L-liam!" she screamed his name. Ngumiti ang bata sa kaniya at hinawakan ang pisngi niya.
"A-te." Liam gasped for air. "I m-made it." umubo ito nang dugo na siyang iginagitla ni Lisha. "I s-saved someone!" nakangiting sabi nito sa kabila ng sakit na nararamdaman. "I'm g--lad that you're---- a-alive. I I l-love you, Ate Leia." 'yan ang huling salita na narinig ng batang babae sa kaniyang kapatid bago ito nawalan ng buhay.
"Nooo! Liammm! Gumisinggg kaaaa! Liammm! Goodd! Help him! Liammm! Ano ba?! Liammm baby wake up! Ate needs you! Liam!" she shouted in pain.
"Oh my God! What happened, Lisha?" naiiyak na sambit ng kaniyang ina pero hindi na ito naka-sagot dahil nawalan ito ng malay.
