As Mizore stepped into the valley of sand and run-down buildings, scorching heat and sands gently brushed against her face.

"I swear to the Gods if you're dead..." Mizore triumphantly marched through.

As she examined each building by peeking through the broken windows, she was met with disappointment at each respite.

An hour had passed and Mizore was still searching. She had gone so far that she began to have doubts or may have passed them.

In the corner of her eye, a tall masculine figure stalked her. Half of his body was covered by the corner of a building.

Mizore stood up straight and faced the figure. He was tremendously tall and was built as if he was a pro bodybuilder.

Mizore inhaled deeply and slowly exhaled.

The man charged at Mizore with an axe while screaming.

Mizore threw one chakram towards the arm holding the axe while she held the other tightly in her left hand.

As the chakram recoiled on impact, the man slashed his axe towards Mizore. Fortunately, her other chakram blocked the blow as she slid back in an attempt to brace herself.

The man ran off without looking back. Mizore swiftly grabbed her other weapon and hid behind the building her attacker previously remained.

"What just happened?" Mizore thought to herself.

She placed her chakrams on her belt loops and leaned against the wall, slowly sinking down.

She started forward and saw the silhouette of a motorcycle underneath a tarp.

She lifted the tarp and revealed the incredibly old bike.

"This is a Continental GX... Probably something from the sixties..." Mizore said to herself.

Mizore tapped the acceleration indicator and the needle jumped.

"There's no way this thing still runs,"

A small, red container of gas was pushed near Mizore from a pile of junk, causing her to jump back.

Between the piles of metal, Mizore saw a flash of red and a small body, as if a child was hiding behind her.

"Did you give this to me?"

The child nodded.

"Thank you... What is this place?" Mizore asked.

The child pressed her finger against her lips, trying to get Mizore to stay quiet.

Mizore nodded and walked to the motorcycle with the container of gas.

Mizore checked the fuel level and noticed that it was already 3/4 full, so why would she need gas?

Then it struck her. The child in red was the child Mizore saw when they first arrived in the Valley. She must have been trying to help them escape by giving them gas.

Mizore slowly crouched under the scrap the child was hiding behind.

"This is for the car?" Mizore asked.

The little child pointed to a destroyed van, answering Mizore's question.

"Okay. Where are my friends?" Mizore asked.

The child thought to herself for a moment, then gestured for Mizore to follow her.

The little girl looked very normal to Mizore's eyes and was not inbred at all.

As the two walked through the deserted town, Mizore held the container in one hand, and the little girl's hand in the other.

The girl led Mizore to Axel and Taurus.
