It's been weeks since my parents told that they are pregnant. At first i was pretty upset because being an older sister is new to me but I'm happy for my parents. They have always wanted more kids but never had. Now they unexpectedly going to have that.
These last few weeks were fine. My parents invited Marc's family for the dinner and I got to meet his sister and her fiancé and his mother once again. His parents are divorced and his father lives in LA. My mom and his mom instantly connected. His sister is very pretty. I have even watched her few youtube videos. She is getting married in two weeks that is October 16th and we are invited.
It is now October, Homecoming is just around a corner that is in a week. Everyone is exited for it except me because i don't have a date. Duh....
Me and Marc are well... close enough, he has become one of my best guy friend. Steph and Carson are pretty happy because for now my brother is doing his projects in California only. My parents are in their own La la land, being happy for their baby. My channel is also blowing. Last week my Sunday video was trending no.1. I have also started seeing warehouses with help of Marc and of course my dad.
Everything was going too well except one thing because of a specific person named 'Lenny Brooks'. Huh...
Lemme tell you about Lenny. Me, Lenny and Steph were like a tight knit group since kindergarten. It happened when me and Steph were walking into our classroom together, hand in hand and Lenny was getting bullied by a kid of our class. We helped her getting free from that bully child and complained to our class teacher. From that day she became our best friend. But everything started to change when we entered highschool. In freshmen year, she started to detach herself from us and started to be with popular group of people and by end of the year she became best friend of the former queen bee who had already graduated. After that she became the school's new queen bee in junior year. In the beginning of sophomore year, a new student came, Luke AKA my ex-boyfriend. He became one of our good friend. A group of four. Me, Steph, Carson and Luke. I started to have crush on Luke. But after few days Lenny started dating him. I was upset but never said anything to anyone except Steph. At the end of year, they broke up. I never knew the reason, but Lenny started blaming me saying i was the reason. In the beginning of junior year me and Luke started dating and Lenny never liked. She started hating me more and more.
Now she is started to cling into Marc which makes me angry. But I can't say anything, it's his life who he wants to talk or not to talk.
Right now, i am sitting on my bed and being lazy. Today is monday and i don't wanna go to school but I've to go.
I got up and went to the bathroom. I took a nice bath, wrapped a towel around me and went back into my bedroom. I entered my closet and picked today's outfit.

I went downstairs and saw Marc and Carson eating and laughing together with my dad serving them. "Hey! Good morning everyone." "Good morning sweetheart." My dad greeted me with a kiss on my forehead. "Good morning Katie." Marc greeted. "Have you eaten dipshit?" I asked Marc. "Language!!" My dad scolded. Everyone laughed. "Yeah! Eaten, but you need to eat something." Marc said. "Ugh! No! I will take something from the Starbucks." "Atleast have your smoothie that i made." My dad said. "Smoothie! How can I say no to that." I giggled. Dad gave me my smoothie in a sipper, i took it and went out the front door towards Marc's car. "So, i have to pickup Lenny from home." Marc said as soon as we were inside the car. "Lenny?" "Yeah, she messaged me last night that her car is gone for repair. You don't have any problem? Do you?" "Uh! No! No!" I definitely have problem but i will of course not tell him.
Soon we reached Lenny's home and saw she was standing in her driveway waiting for Marc to pick her up. As soon as she saw Marc's car, she ran, literally ran towards the passenger seat but saw i was already sitting there. "Oh..... Katie! It's so lovely to meet you!" She said with a disapproving look and went to the back seat. "Hey Marc!" "Hello Lenny!" My mood was definitely sour right now, but i don't want anybody to know that. I think Marc saw it but decided to not ask anything.
A whole ride to the school was awkward, only Marc and Lenny, talking about upcoming homecoming and how both of them not having any date.
I, without acknowledging both of them, slid out of the car and walk towards the school building. I heard Marc shouting my name but i walk straight towards my locker.
At my locker i saw Steph waiting for me. "Hey Chica!" She greeted. "Hey" "What happened to you today? Why are you sulking? And where is Marcus?" By opening my locker, i answered her "Lenny happened. I am not sulking and I don't know where is he, either fucking himself or Lenny." "Ok ok relax. Tell me what happened." "Marc, first he was like becoming my friend and after we became close enough, he is like playing friendship with Lenny. Like literally Lenny. She was even with us in the car today." After my rant, i saw Steph grinning like creep. "Your smiling on my misery?" "Oh no no...." "Then what." I was frustrated AF!!!! "You like him." "What?????" I shouted. I saw everyone looking towards us. I fake smiled. "Nothing nothing continue with your work." I told everyone and then turn my attention towards Steph again. "Are you kiddin'? What are you saying?" "The truth. You like him. You are jealous." "You are hallucinating. It's impossible. It's been only a month knowing each other." "Heart does not see how much you know each other. You definitely like him."
