The Leader of the Uchiha Clan was Madara Uchiha, the current face of the Uchiha police force and under his leadership Konoha prospered. His distant cousin was Fugaku Uchiha, Co-CEO of the private police, married to Mikoto Uchiha and father of Itachi and Sasuke. Madara and Fugaku made the top layer of management, while the layer just below them consisted of the new generation.

Obito, Shisui and Izumi Uchiha, currently members of the police force, would be joining the board of directors of their own departments. Izumi is a strong and capable woman who has a very vicious method of interrogation. She is the 'break all your teeth just to find out your name' kind of woman and she is Aiko's closest aunt, despite her strong salute and commanding personality she has a soft spot for children and is one of the few people who know of Aiko's past. Shisui on the other hand is someone who's beliefs are strongly present in how he relates to other people. He is dedicated to two things,  peace and safety and this is something Itachi had picked up on and thus sees him as an older brother in many ways, he definitely is proud of Itachi for taking in the role as a father. The third person on this level is Obito who is notorious for having a different personality for every aspect of his life, playful with Aiko, serious at work and very composed with other family members since he had a reputation being 'The Madara Uchiha's nephew', however it was no secret of his strong friendship with the Major who he went to school with and both are often seen hanging out. The two youngest nephews of Madara were by far the most divergent, however remaining in crime, Itachi chose to major in Psychiatry working with criminals still while Sasuke spend a lot of time in Forensics and the biological parts of crime solving. The family had everything crime related under their ownership, criminal hospitals, law firms and even a few prisons. Itachi however didn't work with criminals anymore since Aiko was born and hence decided to study towards being a professor.

Despite their obviously clean line of work, there were secrets still hidden in the family and no one knew about it. The most secretive one being about the disappearance of Hanami, Kaito and Izuna Uchiha, all deemed missing 4 years ago. There was a major car crash and the three were found dead. At leas that's what was said to the media and circulated around Konoha. However the news was shortly replaced by the birth of Aiko Uchiha, Itachi's first born. The three were never actually found but at least Hanami and Kaito's baby girl survived. Though her birth was never broadcasted.

Though the Senju and Uchiha's founded Konoha together there was a deep rooted dislike from the side of Tobirama Senju, and his accomplice Danzo Shimura, who was an influencial member of parliament at the time that Madara and his brother Izuna ran the police force together and Izuna had much popularity and his presence highly boosted the popularity of the Uchiha's among members parliament however once he died there was a rapid decrease, coincidentally. There was a chance of the truth being uncovered however for the sake of peace, it was kept hidden.

Itachi on the other hand had just had a daughter which led to lots of happiness for many people, many assumed maybe her mother was a random fling, Itachi was indeed a very attractive young man so woman throwing themselves at him was not unheard of. Others just assumed maybe the mother didn't want a baby so she left the baby with Itachi. All in all it was very hot gossip and the publicity was in favour of the Uchiha's and lots of love was sent to the family while the news of the three missing members of the Uchiha clan was swept under the carpet, never to be seen again. And the daughter of the two never even reached headlines, however she is still remains in the news, just that she now goes by the name,
