"Oh my gosh! We'll be back as soon as we can! Give her a hug for me."

"Okay bye."

"Bye."

End of conversation

I could feel my heart beating out of my chest. I was so scared. I hurried to Niall's room to get him. "Nialler, we have to leave now!" I panicked.

"Why?! What happened?!" he asked.

"Lauren was in a car crash, she's in the hospital. We have to leave now!" I exclaimed.

"Come on let's go," he answered. I ran back to my room and grabbed my book bag, purse, and suitcase. Niall got my suitcase downstairs and we went to see his mom quickly to say goodbye.

"Goodbye thanks for everything! It was nice to see you again, we have to go, Lauren was in a car crash. Sorry to rush out on you," I said and hugged her.

"Okay, I hope she's okay. Have a good week with your parents. It was a pleasure to see you again too!" Maura smiled.

"Bye Mom, thanks," Nialler told her. "

Love you," she replied.

"Love you, too," he responded. Niall had already put our suitcases in the car before we said bye to his mom. I took £100 out of my bag and put it on the kitchen counter for her. By the time she found the money, we would already be gone so she couldn't try and give it back. We got back in the car and left.

"Em, calm down. We will be there as soon as we can. But even when we do get there, we can't do anything," Niall attempted to calm me down after ten minutes of silence.

"I know, but I wish I was there for her," I replied. We didn't talk again. There was too much that I was thinking about to keep up a conversation.

Once we got there, Niall grabbed my luggage and we hurried inside. We kept a decent pace while dropping off our suitcases and then going through security. I was very anxious and worried.

"Niall, let's make sure the flight's on schedule, I have this weird feeling," I stated.

"There's a screen over there, we can look," he responded. We were flight 164.

132: To Cork 11:30 P.M. On schedule

141: To Plymouth 11:45 P.M. On schedule

146: To Paris 12:00 A.M. On schedule

150: To Madrid 11:50 P.M. On schedule

157: To Libon 12:10 A.M. On schedule

164: To London 12:00 A.M. Delayed

"You have got to be freakin' kidding me!" I exclaimed angrily. "I'm going to see why it's delayed," I stated, frustrated. I walked over to the desk and asked, "Excuse me, miss, why is flight 164 to London delayed?"

"There are bad storms in London. There's too much lighting to have any planes around it," she answered, annoyed, without looking up at me.

"When do you think we will be able to leave? I really need to back for family reasons," I wondered.

"When the storm is over. Until then, there's nothing we can do," the lady said ignorantly. The anger boiled inside of me and I was about to punch the lady.
