The few weeks before fall break had been really fun. Jayda was out of the way. I got to hug Zacky almost everyday. I just didn't know if I wanted to date him, would it even last?
"Seems like you really like him." Jaysie said.
"I really do." I said.
"But why don't you do something about it?" She asked.
"Because we're just so young." I said.
"You're only 13. It's not that bad." She said.
"You may be right but what if it doesn't last?" I asked.
"Then Zack's a bitch." She said.
"I don't know Jaysie." I said.
"I'm not saying you have to date him, but you guys do hug a lot. I'm surprised you haven't kissed yet." She said.
"Uh yeah we have." I said.
Yesterday I hugged Zack and went in for a kiss. He didn't mind it.
"You WHAT?" Jaysie asked.
"Yeah it was kinda an accident but kinda on purpose." I said.
"Okay girl when was this?" She asked.
"Yesterday." I said.
"Oh my goodness." She said.
"I liked it." I said.
"Was he your first kiss?" She asked.
"Yeah." I said.
"And you were his first?" She asked.
"Yeah." I said.
"You guys are meant to be together." She said.
"I don't know." I said.
"Ugh. Well Matt and I are dating." She said.
"Good for you two." I said.
"Yes." She said.
"Okay I'm gonna do my homework. I'll see you tomorrow." I said.
"Bye!" She said as I went over to my house. I saw the guys walking in the neighborhood. I got butterflies when I saw Zack, almost like I could throw up.
Thankfully they didn't see me so I quickly got inside.
"I'm home." I called out.
"Hey Lyssa." My dad said, giving me a hug.
"Hi. I'm gonna do homework." I said.
He nodded as I went to my room, pulling out my homework. I was almost done until I heard a rock being thrown at my window.
I opened the window and the guys were there.
"What're you guys doing here?" I asked.
"What are you doing?" Matt asked.
"Homework. What else could I possibly be doin?" I asked.
"Where's Jaysie?" He asked.
"The house right next to me." I said.
"Zack go get your girl." Jimmy said, pushing him.
His girl?
Zack hugged me, I smiled.
"Hi." I said.
"Hi. I'm guessing you can't come out for a little?" He asked.
"I'll ask. Be right back." I said.
Zack nodded, going to his friends.
"Dad?" I asked.
"What's up?" He asked.
"My friends were wanting me to come outside." I said.
"Boys?" He asked.
"Yes, but Jaysie's gonna be out there and I promise you nothings happening." I said.
"Okay. Be home soon." He said.
I nodded, grabbing my jacket and shoes.
I went outside and smiled as I saw Zack.
"Hi." I said, hugging him again.
"Is that my jacket?" Zacky asked.
"Maybe." I said.
"Cute." He said, kissing me.
God I didn't know what to do! I wanted to date him. But I didn't want to get too attached to where I feel like shit if we broke up. Fuck.
