"Lia, please stay with us." Scott whispered desperately.

I tried opening my eyes but my eyes kept fluttering close. I felt an oxygen mask on my face and took a depth breath finally being able to open my eyes. I was in the hospital. The lights were too bright. I squinted looking around without moving my head.

I saw Malia, Scott, Liam and Theo.

"Tell Stiles that I'm sorry and...and that I love him." I whispered weakly.

"You' ll tell him yourself. Lia, you're not dying on me, please." Scott caressed my face.

"I'm just too tired." I whispered.

I grabbed his hand and my heart rate started going really fast. The machine made a deafening sound. A sound that told me my life was slipping from my fingers and there was nothing I could say or do.

"Lia? Lia!" Scott yelled and I let go off his hand. My hand hanging still on the side of the stretcher.

"Blue code. Blue code." A doctor informed and several doctors ran to assist him.

Security pulled Scott and Malia away from me. They had tears coming out of their eyes nonstop. Liam stood in shock as his eyes filled with tears. He couldn't believe what he was witnessing.

Theo's eyes were red.

"Do something!" Theo shouted desperately.

"That's what we're trying. Please step aside." A doctor replied putting his hands on Theo's chest to push him away.

"Don't touch me!" He yelled angrily.

"We need you to calm down kid or I'm calling security."

Theo ran his hands through his hair as he breathed heavily. His hands shaking. He took a deep breath.

"Just save her, please." He begged and the doctor nodded.

"Her heart rate's dropping." The doctor spoke.

I closed my eyes, hearing the voices fade as I lost consciousness.

But this time I didn't see black, I saw a white light and I felt a feeling of peace. Like all the pain I was in went away. Like I could breathe again.

[...]

I opened my eyes slowly. I got up from the cold ground. I didn't feel any pain and my wounds and the blood were gone. I was in a hospital robe but I wasn't at Beacon Hills Hospital anymore.

The floor was made of marble and there were high white walls that seemed to have no end.

"I've been waiting for you." I heard a familiar voice behind me and I turned around quickly feeling my heart skip a beat.

"Allison?" I whispered softly when I saw her.

Her bright smile lighting up her face, her black hair falling perfectly, her rosy cheeks and her perfect porcelain skin. She looked unreal.

I started to get closer to her and stopped.

"Wait, is that really you?" I asked and she chuckled softly.

I missed the sound of her laughter so much.

"Try me." She spoke and I immediately looked at my wrist.

I showed her the bracelet and she showed me hers which had the other half of the heart. I immediately ran to her and hugged her sighing in relief. I took a deep breath smelling her sweet scent.

"I missed you so much. You don't know how much I need you." I whispered still hugging her and she smiled.

"I know, I missed you too, Lia." She spoke and I smiled looking at her face.

"It's really you." I murmured still not believing that I had her in front of me.

"You have to go back Lia." She spoke and I shook my head.

"No, I missed you too much. I'm not letting you go again." I replied and she smiled a little bit.

"They'll miss you way too much. Especially him."

"Stiles." I whispered and she nodded.

"You have a whole life ahead with him."  She grabbed my hand. "Go and live your life. I want to see you be happy. It's all I want."

"I'm in the Bardo, aren't I?" I asked and she gave me a warm smile.

"This isn't the Bardo, Lia, we're in your head." She replied and I looked around and then looked back at her.

"So none of this is real?" I asked furrowing my brows.

"Of course it's real, it's real for you. I'm real to you." She reached out and grabbed my hand placing it on her chest. I could feel her heart beating.

I took a breath and looked down.

"Yo have to go back. They need you." She insisted and I heard a door creak.

I turned around seeing a white wooden door. I turned back to her.

"You know we'll meet again. I know you can feel it."She spoke and I smiled.

She let go of my hand and I felt my hand get cold without her warm touch. I watched as she walked away in another direction.

A part of me wanted to follow her and leave everything behind. But another part of me knew I couldn't.

I closed my eyes and grabbed the door's knob. I turned it around and walked through it.

I saw a white light again.

[...]

I gasped and got up breathing heavily. I felt someone grab my hand.

"Lydia." I whispered seeing her.

I looked around and saw Scott, Theo, Liam and Malia standing there waiting for me.

Allison was right.

"You're okay. You're alive." Lydia hugged me tightly and sniffed burying her head in the crack of my neck.

I looked at everyone and smiled. They smiled at me, they looked so relieved.

"How are you?" I asked. "And Mason? And your parents?" I asked looking at Scott.

"They'll be fine, just like you." He answered and I sighed in relief.

"But now we have another problem." Malia spoke and I looked at her.

"I'm afraid to ask but, which one?" I asked.

"The Anuk-Ité." Lydia replied.
