ch 5 {Old friends?}

Luz POV

As I finally get there I look around seeing an abandoned building

"This is where he said I should meet him so were is he"I said looking around

"Right Here actually"

"Eep!...Oh, Heeey Mr. Scowl"

"Hello there young Hero"

"So why did you want to meet me.....here" I said looking around

"Just Follow me" he said signaling me to come over

I followed him in the house in front of us and I was somehow in a hallway and it was unusually long sense the outside of the building wasn't that big

"How is this hallway so long?"

"Science and lots and lots of practice"

"Okay, I guess but how are you going to make me stronger small amount of my time?"

"Don't worry we'll get to that but first" he said stopping in front of two doors

"I want you to meat a few old friends of yours"

"Old friends?" 'I never had friends' he open the door to revealing two people who looked oddly familiar

"Meet your teammates"

"teammates!?" We all said in union

"Yup All of you are going to help each other to get stronger"

"We are" said one of them

"hmmhmm" he hummed

"Now why don't you introduce yourself"

"Okay I'll go first" said the boy with grey hair and a goldish undercut who was wearing a blue T-shirt and grey sweat pant and red and black shoes and had chocolate eyes and and was a inch smaller than me how about that

"My names Dezlon Todd but you guys can call me Dez" he said

"Okay Dez" I said stepping forward
"My Names Luz. Luz Noceda" I said then we all stared at the last kid with black hair and he was wearing a greyish lime hoodie and blue cargo pants with white shoes and looked like he was some where near hunters age

he sighs and says "My names Jaxon Patterson" he said leaning back on a railing and I didn't know why but his appearance made me feel something familiar you know like when you the time you get chased by a wild beast so you run and don't become it's lunch but when you end up escaping and your finally able to let your guard down, yeah it was something like that

"Okay now that you know each other how about I show you around"Mr. Scowl said while starting to walk

"Sure its not like we have a choice" said who I think was Dez while the rest of us started walking

"Well anyway let's get going"

... (1 hour later)

"This is the Kitchen were we of course get are food and some times do food experiments" he said pointing to the door

"Oh I wanna see" Dez yelled running towards the door

"Wait for me" I said running to catch up to him

"I'll go get them" I heard Jaxon say before I and Dez was lifted up from the ground and carried back to Mr. Scowl "

"Thank you Jaxon"

"How they hey are you so strong" Dez said trying to escape

"Don't question it" he answered then started walking

Wait if he's already so strong then how come he still has a S.D. disc inside him, Does that mean we have to work extra as hard. What will happen when S.D. discs are taken out do we just act like nothing happened

"Okay now that were done with that lets get to the gym" I heard Mr. Scowl say while knocking me out of my senses and noticing that I was still being carried by Jaxon

"Hey you can let us go know" I said making him drop us

"oof" I said falling

Me and Dez got up and fixed ourselves and followed the rest of them in the gym

"Wow the gyms huge" I stated

"yeah its like as big as a football stadium in here" said Dez

"I know we should start your exercise out now come" he said making us follow

'Exercise of course were exercising'

"The gym has two sides on the right is the workout facility the left is the training facility got it got it now see ya" he said leaving us in the work out facility

'wait aren't those two the same thing'

"Ok then how about we get started" said Jaxon said clapping his hands

"Okay" Me and Dez said

An hour has passed and I'm worn out and so was Dez we were both taking a breather and was surprised to see Jaxon still exercising

" hey your name is Lis right" said Dez

"Actually it's Luz"

"Okay then Liz" he said making me a little mad but I was to tired to do anything but still like literally my name isn't even that hard to say!

"So what do you like to do"

"I like to read books and write fan fiction"

Witch I didn't totally lie I used to like doing that but I kind of grew out of it and It's not like can say I was training to be a witch in another realm and while I was there I kind of accidentally doomed them all by helping a witch hunter and probably killed over hundreds of witches not knowing if anybody is safe and also my friends and girlfriend in the human realm were a the fbi can try to kidnap them and put them in a lab and try to figure out how they work instead of asking polity, yeah can't tell him that

"Well I usually just sit around and play video games all day"

"okay then" I said grabbing my water bottle and drinking out of it

"So are you dating anyone?"

"Phhhh (cough cough) why the hell would ask that!" I said blushing at that statement

"I was just trying to start an conversation, and you still haven't answered my question!" He said crossing his arms and smirked

"(Sighs) yes I have a girlfriend"

"well good for you"

"Thanks"

"If your done talking can you finish exercising already or did you forget we have discs to get out!" Yelled Jaxon in anger

we both started laughed at the angry dude

"Friends" he said giving me his hand

"friends" I said shaking his hand

"huh hmmm" Jaxon grunted

"Were going" we both said and started to finish the exercise
