Harry was worried, antsy. Julian hadn't returned yet. It was already 9 a.m. in the morning and no trace of Julian. Harry had considered using a spell to track down Julian but it was illegal to do magic in the Muggle World. Harry's heart throbbed quickly against his chest. Where in the world was Julian?

Harry grabbed his keys, wallet and phone, including his shrunk wand and left the house. Harry had put a tracking app on Julian's phone, he swiped his phone and opened the app. Julian... Was quite near, yet far. Harry hesitated on whether to grab a cab or just apparate. Reluctantly, he took a cab.

Harry arrived at a place that was pretty odd, shut away from other buildings — unique. It was humongous. A round like building and white-ish. Harry obviously couldn't enter. It looked heavily guarded even without anyone outside of it. Harry bounced on the balls of his feet, debating whether to just Alohamora-in or wait to see if anyone would come. There was a CCTV around the corner though. Harry walked over and started waving at the camera, frowning.

The camera moved. Someone, at least, was inside, and had noticed Harry. That's either a good thing or a bad thing.

Good: the person might know that Harry was looking for Julian.

Bad: they might think of Harry as an enemy or villain.

Harry shook his head and whipped out his phone, typing in something and enlarging it. He showed his phone text to the camera.

Julian?

Short but 'detailed'.
