"March 3rd, this Tuesday, 10 pm. Got it?"

"Should be easy enough." I say sarcastically.

Ash grins. He hands me a tiny piece of paper folded in half. "Meet me here."

"Where'd you go, brat?!" Marvin yells from down the hall.

"Go." I whisper urgently to Ash and he rushes off. I scramble into the door next to me that leads into a bathroom. I shut the door and turned on the sink. Once I hear Marvin get close to where he can hear I'm in here, I shut the water off and open the door.

He's right outside the door and he shoves his face close to mine. "The hell you think you're doing?"

"Oh, I'm sorry. I had to go to the bathroom real bad. Girl issues." I try to sound as apologetic as possible, but really I was trying real hard not to punch him.

He growls at me. "Don't do that shit again."

I smile a bit smugly. "Yes sir."

I waited out the days patiently. If I was honest with myself, I felt anxious.

Last time I attempted anything like this ended in disaster for me- it was the whole reason I had to do it again now.

A year ago, when Ash was taken to reform school, I flipped. I ran away as far as I could. For a few days, I was purely on my own.

But it didn't last long. Golzine was desperate in finding me, he sent out multiple searches. Of course, they found me and dragged me right back.

Golzine was furious.

If I hadn't been one of his "favorites" he probably would of just let me run off, leave me for dead.

As a punishment, I rarely saw the light of day after that. I still saw Ash now and then sometimes.

All this time, I've been kept under strict watch. One of Golzine's guards are always with me. He stuck to that punishment just to prove some kind of point with me.

So I've played along.

In the beginning, I'd lash out every now and then, trying to get away. Of course I knew I wouldn't be able to, but, over time, I lashed out less and less until eventually I stopped completely.

I acted this way on purpose, so Golzine would think I was finally learning my lesson. I did everything I was told and was obedient.

Since they aren't as watchful of me 24/7 now, Ash and I have been planning for me to run out.

Whenever he's able to, he comes to talk with me about what we should do.

After a couple weeks of planning, I'm finally gonna do it.

Since Marvin watches me most days, I have him to my advantage since he's a massive perv and falls for anything. Ash snooped around some and found a date that Golzine will be gone- which is this Tuesday.

So, after he leaves, I'll wait until it's dark, work my magic with Marvin, and get out any way I can after that. Security is lighter when Golzine isn't here because he travels with most of them.

I've slipped through security enough times before to likely get out without a hitch, but I'm still prepared for anything.

The plan after that is to snatch up one of Golzine's cars and just book it.

The plan would seem far fetched but Ash's experience in doing that very thing would prove otherwise.

So, now, it was the waiting game.
