"Where the hell are you?!"

"Behind you."

The lass spun around to see her friend, dressed in an all black casual clothes and a cute green sneakers that mismatched with the monochrome palette, hair meshed up in a low ponytail, and her face flashing an apologetic smile towards her. Multiple light smacks on the head was the first greeting Heejung received, making the late girl wince in pain.

"What was that for?!" Heejung rubbed her forehead which got the most hit.

"You were the one who begged me to watch this kid-rated movie with you, and you're late."

"I already told you, you could go ahead!" whined Heejung as they entered the theater.

"I don't want to go in there alone! Hello? Junghoon's in there with his baby sister, and if he sees me, it'll be so awkward."

"It'll be so awkward." Heejung rolled her eyes as they spoke in sync. "I know. But I'm here now, aren't I?" She threw her arm over her friend's shoulders that in return, tried to shrug it off. Whining, Heejung smiled triumphantly when the latter raised a hand in defeat, not wanting to hear more of her complaints.

"I can't believe a 23-year-old is so invested in watching Frozen."

"Shut up, Hansum. You're the one singing Let It Go yesterday."

"Shut up."

The two stepped up on the flight of stairs, towards their designated seats. Blue lights in it being the only source of illumination they get as the bigger lights are already turned off. The beginning of the movie has already begun, the children and their parents engrossed in the animation playing on the huge screen, when Heejung suddenly felt her bladder about to explode.

Why now? She wanted to scold her bladder but it pretty much won't care enough to hold it in.

Her nose scrunched as soon as they settled on their seats. She tapped Hansum by the arm. The lass furrowed her brows upon seeing the wrinkled expression on her friend's face.

"What now?"

"I'll just go to the restroom very quick." Heejung took her purse and started walking back to where she entered before Hansum could even react. "I'll buy us drinks too!" She whisper-shouted as if it would be enough compensation to her tardiness.

Multiple doors with numbers right beside them faced Heejung when she stepped out as she adjusted her eyes from the brightness of the well-lit hall. Her pupils roamed through to find the restroom whilst some people were still coming in the theaters.

The male and female restroom sign caught her sight and she immediately made a run for it. She dashed towards the entrance, only having in mind that she had release what had to be released, until she felt a hard hit on her right shoulder causing her to almost fall on the ground if not for the support she got from a stranger.

"I'm so sorry!" She blurted out as she winced from the collision, as well as from her brimful bladder.

"It's alright. Are you okay? Oh." The male voiced in worry but was unable to get a proper answer.

"I'm good!" She waved her hand off, her head directed to the restroom and not even bothering to look behind, nor see the face of the lad. "Sorry again!"

When she finally entered a vacant cubicle, she heaved out a relieved sigh. "Finally."

After finishing a quick business, Heejung returned to the theater where Hansum was waiting. She murmured a lot of excuse me's on her way to her seat, up on the last row before she finally caught sight of her friend who had a serious look on her face.

"Is the movie so tense? What's with the face?"

"You took so frickin' long."

"Sorry." Heejung chuckled, then focused back on the Frozen II playing.

After the movie ended, the room was slowly brightened up. Heejung and Hansum stayed on their seats as the people left their chairs. Heejung looked around and spotted the man sitting next to Hansum. He was wearing a black cap, an all black outfit and a pair of black converse with a cute puppy printed on its side. She couldn't help but snort a little at the adorable footwear.

Heejung thought of how mysterious he dressed himself, but at the same time so eye-catching. He had a nice built, seemed like he worked out a lot to be in shape. Good for him.

Amused, she tapped on her friend's arm and secretly eyed the man beside Hansum. The lass looked up from her phone and raised a brow before she craned her neck to her left where Heejung's eyes pointed at.

The man was quietly tapping continuously on his phone, unaware of the attention he grabbed due to his choice of shoes.

"Aw, that's so cute!" Hansum whispered excitedly to her friend who agreed almost immediately, a pout running on their lips.

The man heard the giggles on his side but remained unfazed, until a familiar male voice resounded at the end of their row.

"Sehun-a! Let's go."

Heejung perked up the same time the eye-catching man did. She was nearer to the man who called the peculiar's name, and naturally, when the man beside Hansum was called, his gaze flickered to the side, meeting hers.

"Heejung-a, Myunghui's waiting for us in the parking lot. Come on. She's with Yoojung. The kid might throw a tantrum again, hurry." Hansum said but Heejung could not tear her gaze from the man who was staring at her with the same intensity, as if a thunderbolt hit them in the middle, striking them both in utter shock.

Heejung imagined that she would be in this scenario and have herself combust, but perhaps she thought about it too much that her mind blanked when the moment she imagined was now occuring in front of her.

It must have been the almost empty theater that made the silence hammer louder against Heejung's ears when their eyes met. Even the hard pounding of her heart against her chest didn't make a sound. But the look on his and her eyes echoed on each other.
